I see a lot of my old friends posting still. If we knew each other please drop me a line and let me know how you're doing. I do plan to be back regularly and will be starting what I hope is a hilarious and informing log.

I do look like this at the moment for anyone wondering. A 2 year old, new job in a new state with a ton of travel will do that to you but I did start my first day of a new DC cycle today. Is that what I should call it a DC cycle? I'm going with it, fuck it. So if past results are anything to go by I should be half way decent in a few months. I mean at least stronger than most of the women on the machines I hope.

Welcome back! I see your in Cary. I used to work in Cary, lived outside of Raleigh. Found any good gyms there? It was about 20 years ago when I was there and all the gyms from back then are mostly gone now.

I wouldn't worry about making gains, especially back on DC. "Muscle memory" is a great thing!

The new Y actually is a nice gym. I went to Spider Strength in Raleigh for a bit but the 40 minute drive and no showers didn't make it worth it. Great place though with some serious strong man competitors.
