This is my 4th cycle. I have competed in middleweight mens open bodybuilding cor the last 3 years. Really trying to push it this year and jump into light heavy weights.
Current stats: 5'7
215 pounds
15 percent bodyfat
Recomp cycle: 800 mg of test, 40 mg dianobal, 400 mg tren hex. Also starting 5iu a day of gh from Hghpower once my package lands.
Currently in school finishing my bachelors in exercise science
Was wondering if some of you veterans could give me some advice on where to start macros at. I was thinking about doing 250 pro 150 carb 50 fat untill i get sub 10% bodyfat, then ramp up calories and maybe throw in low dose slin to start really growing. What do you all think?
