peptide help overwhelmed

Hi all,
So new to the peptide scene not aas, my problem is every time i read a peptide description its sounds better than the previous one i have just read.
theirs igflr3, mk677, gw1515 , s4 , rad140 and cjc no dac.

so i am getting back into training im 42 and been off serious training for well over a year, i have just been doing random training while working at building my business.
Now i have the time to commit back to training.
i have on hand my sus250 and Eq and have ordered some igf1lr3.
I want to know what else should i run with it to make a great balance ?
goal is dropping some serious fat , im 25%+ atm at 86kilo and 170 cm.
I was doing keto for a while and wow, i lost some muscle doing that.

the other ones i was looking at was the mk677 and cjc no dac. What would be your suggestions of a solid weight loss and muscle building cycle for more the fitness model look not a body builder ?

Most of those are actually not peptides at all.

Keep reading here on the forum, everyone has a preference you have to figure out what works well for you.

If you're asking for personal experiences I wouldn't run MK677 for cutting and I wouldn't bother with the cjc either. I would use a low dose of actual GH in the morning and take your pick of hex, ipam or tesa at night. Save the IGF for when I want to peak and use the gw pre-workout for when I need a boost.

Again keep reading, the info is all right here in front of you and it isn't hard to find.
 
Being completely honest....get on TRT, add in a small dose of gh if you can (2-3iu's)......and most importantly get your diet nailed down.

Once you do that....then be consistent and put the time in. It's not going to happen overnight.

There isn't a quick way about this. Do it right, slow and steady, and stay healthy. In the end....you will learn so much more about your body and how it reacts to certain changes.

i don't think i could afford nor find a legit supplier of GH for my location.

I was more looking for some advice from a personal view of
500mg sus a week split
400mg eq a week split
mk677 12.5mg before bed
igf1lr3 50mcg post workout

sit 500 cals under maintenance
do hitt cardio 3 x am sessions a week
