I got few vials, and need to know if anyone has used it with Insulin, dosing and frequency and timing wise around the workout or overall.
I appreciate it.
 
Ok, upon reading, I will do 2ml pre..it will look like: 1.5 iu blacktops, do a warm up/cardio for 10 min, 10 iu Novolin R along 2ml of the synthetine, and of course an intra workout(HCBD, EAA, Creatine, Glutamine, sea salt).
Any critics?
 
Am about to go to workout in few hours, any critics on the above?

For future reference I would personally inject your novolin r well before you start training. It's onset is approx 30 mins but it peaks 2-3 hours after injection. You want the insulin to peak whilst you train or near to the end of training when you have your post workout nutrients. I would be taking it at least 1 hour before training and your synthetine anytime after the slin has become active (so at least 30 mins after your slin shot). It will work no matter how you do things but timing things a certain way can maximize results.

I use humalog now and it's the better choice for around workouts imo. It's very fast and easy to time. I wouldn't worry too much about timing. Although with HGH I would pin just before the slin. The same sort of thought process is used with the hgh as in it starts peaking after 2 hours+ but levels remain high for longer so as long as you pin it at least 1 hour before training you are gtg. If I had to be exact I would say about 90 mins (training duration is a factor) but you don't have to be exact as if you get it in the body it will work but just giving a rough idea of what makes the most sense.

Notorius feel free to post your findings in my thread if you want. We have all different people using different doses posting how they are getting on.
 
Nothing new felt compared to my previous workouts as it was the first time.
I even pinned 3 cc's rather than 2 as mentioned above(1.5 on each delt rather than on one single site as I always tend to experiment). Slight pain when I poked the delts, but no pip.
Let see if the mirror has something to say after few uses.
Of course am open to suggestions and critics and always would be.
