I'm already doing the EAA, but after seeing this dude yesterday, I wanna see what's up. Tell me what y'all think.
Oh and this guy is 5'10 267. He says he's never sluggish or full feeling.

Daily:
62oz egg whites
600grams carbs (from micronized oats, and rice)
Mixed veggies.
4 tbs avocado oil
4 TN whey ISO shakes.
70grams TN EAA powder. (He took that from me)

His only food protein yes.
The rest from whey and EAA.
I guess he's tired of meat. I am as well.
Fats only from avocado oil.

For meals: cooked Egg whites/rice /veggies/avocado oil

Oats with whey shakes.

I do something similar when I'm tired of eating but macros are different. These shakes are a life saver

One shake
1 scoop whey isolate
1/4th cup almond flower (or more)
1 cup oat flower

Other type of shake
1 scoop whey/or liquid egg whites
1 scoop brown or white rice flower
1 tbs avacado oil/tbs of flax seed (or more)

Then I would do a veggie powder 3x daily and 32 oz of low sodium v8. The shakes would be drank as many times as it took to hit my calorie goal.

Seems like a easy diet to prep. Maybe instead of just the avocado oil use some whole eggs, avocodoes, chia seeds, or pb.

I don't know how some people can do that many shakes though. Even once a day + a intra shake will mess up my water balance.

He said hes tired of the taste of meat and chewing.
With egg whites its easy to chew. Normally id think lazy but I'm also to that point.

How is the consistency of flour.
For me (and i dont care what anyone thinks)
Rice maltodextrin is the most amazing carb.
No discomfort, barely any taste, plain water looking (consistency)

What you need to do is hire a coach, and stop thinking so much. Whole lot of paralysis by analysis going on.

You sound like an ask-hole. Someone going around asking everyone's advice, just waiting to hear what they're looking for.

Why hire a coach that gives the same advice to all his clients.
