Doing it with diet versus tons of your cardio its not only easier but will break down less tissue.
So what exactly is "fasted"??
Some say when your BG drops back down to where it is when you wake up.
Others say you have to have not consumed anything for 4-5 hrs.
If you have a meal at 3pm , train at 5pm then do cardio at 6:30 after only consumed water since 3pm would that be considered fasted cardio??
