My parents are only 80 years old and they can barely walk up a flight of steps. Wish they would exercise like he does! Ive tried to encourage them and set up a simple program but they are just so stubborn. I cant even get my mother to buy a set of hearing aids!

This guy looks to be in phenomenal shape for his age. Exercise keeps the mind young too, I bet he doesn't have to worry about senile dementia.

I am guessing one side is much more shot then the other from age and he is just doing the best he can.
