I've always had an iron deficiency but I would sincerely appreciate if someone more knowledgeable than myself could help me with these values. I am going to see my doc but still want an idea of what I'm dealing with here...

Thank you guys I sincerely appreciate it!

Polycythemia (High Red Blood Cells)
Polycythemia vera is a low-grade cancer marked by the overproduction of red blood cells. Elevated production of red blood cells can also occur in response to low levels of oxygen within body tissues. Treatment can include medications to reduce the risk of clotting. In some cases, patients undergo regular phlebotomies (blood draws) to reduce blood cell counts.

Leucocytosis (High White Blood Cells)
The most common causes of elevated white blood cell counts are infections and inflammation. Some cases of leucocytosis are the result of an immune reaction. A small number of cases are caused by a blood cancer. Treatments for high white blood cell counts typically focus on addressing the underlying disease.

https://www.emedicinehealth.com/hematocrit_blood_test/article_em.htm#what_is_a_hematocrit_blood_test

Id take Iron supplements, supplements like NAC and Fish Oil to lower inflammation and donate blood every 3 months and see if things turn around.

Hematocrit combined with your high platelet count looks dangerous to me, definitely see a doctor, preferably a specialist.

Need to know your current TRT/AAS dosing and injection regimen before advising. Platelets look kind of high compared to mine though.

I’m cycling right now, when these bloods were done i was on a moderate dose of test/eq and a higher dose of var...

Thanks for the input guys

I don't think you'll be able to normalize any of this while on. Using a daily low dose of TRT should get it all back in range though (unsure about platelets).

I do not know enough about how to lower platelets to give any advice on that.

drop the eq, and go real low dose test - 100mg a week until they come back down.

get a phlebotomy - ask for one from your GP
I did it and go every 6-8 weeks and they draw a pint out of me.

platelets are high normal - nothing crazy.

if you want to bring them down heres what i found:

Treatment for lowering platelets may include the following:
OTC low-dose aspirin (Bayer) may reduce blood clotting.
Prescription medications can lower the risk of clotting or reduce platelet production in the bone marrow.
Platelet pheresis. This procedure removes platelets directly from the blood.

I would make an appointment with a hematologist for sure. Another side effect of Polycythemia vera is actually the increase of white blood cells. Unless you had a cold or the flu or some type of infection your white blood cells shouldn’t be that high. What’s odd is your hematocrit is high but hemoglobin is good. You definitely have some type of iron/blood disorder and a hematologist should rule it out. You should also get your JAK mutations tested. High RDW can be a symptom of sleep apnea so I would get that assessed as well.

I don't wanna harp on a you, tho you were facing the same dilemma just a few short months ago. Apparently there was no follow-up with your primary care provider about this?

http://www.professionalmuscle.com/f.../140156-please-help-me-interpret-my-labs.html

You have some serious erythrocytosis (very high red blood cell count) going on. I would not believe it's in isolation due too AAS-erythropoietin stimuli. I suspect there's a secondary cause-- hypoxia (uncontrolled sleep apnea), ect. Do you smoke cigarettes, or snort coke? I know that's a personal and bizarre question. Truth of the matter is coke can stimulate EPO. It's a transient rise meaning it'll fall in a period of time after it clears.

Next, have you dumped blood on a routine basis? You have some sort of deficiencies going on that may not be related to iron deficiency alone. In contrast, sole iron deficiency or possibly b6 deficiency, copper deficiency (if you're taking too much zinc), vitamin A deficiency. There's a few other causes of an elevated RDW-- low MCV/MCH. Generally speaking, iron deficiency is the more common diagnosis.

Nonetheless, your RBC are very concerning. Consider coming off and figuring out what's up with the aforementioned.

I would not hesitate to discuss this with your primary care provider. I would address this sooner than later.

Your E2 is fine. Don't overdo it with the A.I's.

Yeah your lipids, not horrible. It's the nature of the beast.

Edit: I would not donate any blood until you further have your deficiencies evaluated by your primary care provider.

Iron deficiency can very much induce thrombosis.

You really need to address this!

You’re right I tried to correct it on my own which was pretty foolish, thanks for the dose of reality...

Please don't take that as abrasive or harping on you :)

What do you consider moderate?

In his situation 100mg per week is to much. I would stay on 40mg per week for 90 days.

I am not having a go but just curious what exactly did you do to correct it on your own? Your blood work last time was not too bad but things have obviously changed. Did you get blood work done before this cycle? If so what were your rbc and wbc's? How many blood tests have you had done over the last year? Have levels gone up and down or have they been elevated the entire time or is this the first blood test since the last one?

If you have issues with rbc's eq is one of the worst things you can run. What are your exact doses now? Your new blood work is alarming but fixable so I would take action before you put yourself at anymore risk. You should be able to get those numbers down quickly. You may have to have a lengthy break from blasting but that's up to you. I would also be more careful with what you blast with in the future. I should add though I am sure many of the guys blasting on here now have worse blood work than you. It's just the elevated rbc's combined with platelets that could be a problem. Did you get everything else tested (liver, cholesterol, kidneys etc)?

Not at all Stewie I appreciate your input a lot and the reality check.

What do you consider moderate?

Well I ran tren at the start of the cycle with very low test but with the EQ it was 500mg cyp per week.

I did run them prior to going on cycle and the numbers were much improved, I thought what I was doing was working which was taking the iron again, upping my dose of krill/fish oil, quitting smoking and cleaning up my diet with a lot more green veggies. I think the EQ threw them way off again it was foolish to try EQ without doing more research on my condition. I've never had any other health problem so I felt like I could just fix it and be all set to go. I've attached the blood work before this one.

Yeah, don't just do a phlebotomy/donate to get your hematocrit down. See a hematologist. I wish I had done that. I might have avoided my heart attack if I had. Instead I chose to do my own phlebotomies at home.

Wow - that's why so many say EQ just isn't worth running!

Cant necessarily say it is because of the EQ, that would be foolish. Cant say for sure if any of it is due to the EQ. Just don't know.
