Amazing isn't he! It is a good thing he changed his lifestyle otherwise he may not be alive today, or at least not anywhere near as healthy.

The Japanese live a pretty healthy lifestyle altogether, and have the 3rd highest life expectancy in the world, but after reading his story, I agree that he was headed down the road to an early death, or at least an old age filled with medical problems. Seeing guys like this is always inspiring, and I gotta say, he sure doesn’t look 81!!!

I love posts like this, it just proves that it’s never too late to change up your routine and live a good, healthy life! Thanks for sharing this!!
