Pink salt in pre or intra?

Intra would be best

Better blood flow during your workout

regular would be better. . I mean it does contain iodine which the pink scam doesn't

Baking soda is better but you have to drink it separatey.

Both. Why not?

^Winner.

Add 3-4g magnesium to your intra too.

If low carb, I'd do salt pre. If carbs are medium at least, intra would be my go to. Simply to aid in a pump would be reasoning for adding pre-workout. Also as mentioned, baking soda pre is a nice addition.

Being ketogenic lately I've been loading up on sodium pre-workout, and really throughout the day. 7-8g of sodium per day recently.

What does this help with?

One electrolyte isn't 'more' important than another.

Most ppl are deficient in magnesium consumption. Having a good balance between magnesium and sodium is important not only for 'pumps', but overall health.

Correct, though I would say if one's sodium is off that will more likely escalate to other issues more quickly. Lack of sodium --> potential issues with potassium balance --> issues with magnesium.

i use intra but standard, no pink salt

I’m going to try this……..how much salt are you guys using pre and intra workout? Thanks!
