First time DNP

So it's my first time running DNP and Its obviously serious and want to get a good quality. Any recommendations from experienced users? What is best like tablet capsule or powder form?

You can read LS's post. The guy knows and loves his DNP. I've run it a decent amount of time, but not willing to give out advice on it. I love it.
