Hi brothers;
Got quick question in regards to pre-contest carb up. Under 80kg physique. Has water loaded from 10 days out 10L, 2 days precontest only sips.
Night before: 6 meals x 200gram fish x 250g sweet potato and asapargus.
Day of contest: Burger Meal (with diet coke and fries) and salt chips to get results of water loading, and while posing rice crackers with jam and peanut butter.
Im thinking of adding a sprinkle of moduretic (heavily used in Aus Scene), night before and go to sleep to wake up dry. Not too much.
Any ideas?
