Well I'd adjust protein sources if I was using fattier cuts of meat but I wouldn't worry about going from very lean white meat to just fish or something..
Nutritional facts are available wit built in calculators on most of those type of sites..
All you're doing is steadily decreasing or readjusting you're macros/calories.
I try to get a variety of fats, but not so much protein rotation. Work days are a lot of nuts as they are easier to carry, and when I’m home I’ll do avocados and olive oil for added fat. And a little bit of fish oil everyday
I can do same food for a long period of time. The only time I switch stuff out is if I have a realllly hard time stomaching something....i'm pretty particular with fish. This last prep killllled me with all the cod I was eating. it was gross and I couldnt stomach it at allll haha Rotated that shit out quickly

Its not really "body not accepting it" its more of just grossness.
When im dieting, im basically eating on a strict schedule for fuel only...so if it tastes gross as fuck, its even wore. I was basically chewing up fish and chugging water to get it down. I told my coach that it was fucking me up and we made an immediate change to 99% FF turkey, which i feel fine on.
I als know that I have a cast iron gut, i can digest ANYTHING and eat everything. The only food that doesnt digest well with me is oats, everything else is A-OK. The fish digested, but was gross as fuck
