It's obviously just my thought but .3ml every day is a good bit of oil to be shooting subQ. I'd be surprised if you didn't develop knots or lumps. If your doc doesn't mind re-writing the script to get you 200mg/ml then I would ask him to do that. Then you're only shooting half the amount of oil every day (.15ml). Or you could inject half subQ and half shallow IM. What I mean is shoot shallow IM one day & SubQ the next and just rotate it back and forth. Or do 2 days of subQ and then 2 days of shallow IM. You'd have to play around with it a little and see what works best for you. I typically shoot subQ a few days per week and shallow IM the other days just to mix it up. I use a 30g half-inch for my shallow IM and a 30g 5/16 for my subQ. For my shallow IM I rotate a clockwise pattern. left quad, right quad, right ventro glute, right shoulder, left shoulder, left ventro glute, and back to left quad. And I'll throw in some subQ as well. Been doing it this way for almost a year now and it's working well.
