Ok.. long story short.. I was going to drop some fat.. diet is always bad.. that wont change much lol.. but I decided to cut out cookies and candy etc.. stop fast food... eat better but as always hold onto my gains if possible..

I am always a very low dose guy.. the crap scared me to be honest. And I have always felt " bad" anytime I pushed dosages up.. which were still extremely low compared to many.. so I just went with 350 mgs test and 30mgs oral turinabol before workouts. .

Workouts are always three times a week.. day off in between.. I was actually adding new size and joints were feeling good.. but still not dropping the fat like I wanted.. ( did I mention I hate cardio lol)..

So i decided to try something new. T3... never did it.. so let's experiment.. so i started at 12.5 mcg a day.. first week i got kind of a buzz initially from it . .. but felt good.. a bit more focused. Not as foggy in the morning"s etc.

I did this for 2 to 3 weeks.. then I decided I'd up it.. I went to 25mcg a day.. first day i noticed a increase heart rate .. a bit more hyper. But didnt feel bad ... day 2 was even a pulse i could feel with every beat in my chest but loads of energy.. i figure it will get better...
Day 4 I forgot to take my pill in the morning so I took it around 3.. up all night with chest pounding and absolutely no sleep... needles to say 25mcg is not for me nor will I "wait it out"...

Now for many 25mcg is not much at all.. but it was beyond my limit.. 12.5 is my limit.. and to be honest at 12.5 it's probably not going to do a hell of a lot. So I have to just pay better attention to the diet.. not be lazy.. simple as that..

What I've always preached here along with numerous others is " listen to your body"... if you dont feel good at 400mgs of test then stop using 400mgs of test... your body isnt liking it. And adding numerous other compounds to try and rectify it isnt helping. If your getting high blood pressure from a compound lower that dose. Still high ? Get rid of it

There is no set dose for anything.. everything is dose dependant for you.. and just you. If tren makes you feel like crap at 300mgs then try 200mgs.. stop thinking their is a cutoff for a compound to be effective.. when I used to dabble in tren my limit was roughly 150mgs.. I made great gains at that dose.. anything over and my body let me know. Listen to it.. its trying to tell you sonething.. if you are lethargic and dont have a appetite then something is amiss.. your body isnt liking it. It's not a " warrior mentality" to push through it.. lots of tough guys 6 feet under in all walks of life. Know your limits and dont go past them.. you have one body.. don't wear it out before time.. if you feel bad back off the dose it take away the compound.. then work harder.. just my rant..;)

Never felt better on low dose test, couple IU GH and a little cialis before bed. At 50 I'm not steppin'on a stage/platform or trying to impress anyone in the gym. It's me against me trying to keep the weight off, the BP down and the cholesterol in a good range. I feel better when I'm lighter. Breath better, joints feel better. Getting older I don't feel I need as many calories and the calories I do eat...are cleaner. Trying to do right by my family, staying healthy, avoiding injury. Two shoulder surgeries last year taxed my family and friends! For what?! I see guys like Branch & Johnnie and just shake my head. Dorians got if figured out!

Yeah.. it's amazing how much some of the " genetic elites" can handle and still stay relatively healthy.. my body just never like much in dosages.. I know womens physique competitors that take more than I ever thought of.. I have no problem with older guys staying " big" as long as they adhere to a couple rules.. drop body fat and stool bulk eating. Once they get that mindset of keeping body fat down then they are usually amazed how low their actual bodyweight is. . If your 5'9 and weight 270 and dont have phil heath off season size than common sense tells you that you " might" have too much bodyfat.. a little topic .. sorry lol.. but still holds to " if it doesnt feel good then it's your body saying no"... very few can do this game at crazy dosages and huge eating and not have issues and be fat lol.. that's why they are on stage and I'm sitting on my couch typing this lol. Be sensible and listen to your body

when i was younger i could run a gram a week, up to say, 525 test p/525npp and my usual 150 test e per week.
now it's 6 years later. i tried 550 total, tbol,npp and 100 test.
first 4 weeks i felt good. after that i just wanted to stop. people kept makin comments how i'd changed from that little amount in that short time but i was tired, my bp was up, just didnt want to do it anymore. so i stopped.
im not young any more! at 50, i cant handle the steroids like i used to and i get sides at lower doses now.
300 test max. thats my limit.
and i got anavar to experiment with next week, if i do 50 a day, or 25 a day and 50 on my 3 workout days thats gonna jump the total up to around 550 again so i may lower the test if i need to.
 
One time I tried T4 and ended up at 150mcg and remember sitting in a movie theater with my heart racing like crazy. Never used it ever again after that day.
 
I'm 53 and I just Blew my back out for two weeks because i jumped on 50 mg anavar a day. I was loving the strength and pump. But those back pumps and the tightness got me. Now I will never go over 25 mg. Just don't need that much any more. And my tendons and ligaments don't like it.

Overall i agree but just to make sure - are you positive you had good quality/dosed t3. stuff is in the micrograms and as far as i know its quite hard to be manufactured by underground labs because concentration is tough to be accurate. do you remember the story when one year Luke Wood was stingy on stage and Milos said they overdid t3(like 10 or 100 times more).

Yeah pharm grade.. I even tried the other day another pharm grade brand at 25 mcg.. heart just started pounding like before.. at 12.5 it was fine... but it was enough to just throw in the towel lol
 
its always amazing how each body handles drugs, food, exercise ALLLLL differently.

one guy can take 3g, eat dairy and lift minimal volume and blows up.
one guys can take 400mg, can't tolerate gluten and has to do 30 sets to grow.
Each one completely different.

The cycle im running right now is the first time that I'm pushing dosages pretty high, or at least high for me. I don't get test flu or any terrible feelings though so that's good. I just want to see what this type of drug dosage does to my body.
 
If only more people had your mindset. As soon as something is amiss they run to the forums to figure out what is wrong instead of realizing it’s just their body saying knock it the fuck off and adjusting as needed. It really isn’t rocket science but it takes years of experience to truly know your body. But it’s giving you signs every day.
 
I remember a short period when I was water logged and had elevated BP; walking around sweaty and out of breathe thinking this is what bodybuilders are supposed to feel like.
