Oxytocin and the importance of quality sleep

What’s up guys, so i’ve been running my body ragged for this entire off season trying to get as big as I can. In the process i’ve Injured myself twice. Popped a rip out in my chest and hurt my hip doing RDLs with 6 plates. I’ve been training around it but I noticed as the weeks went by my body was looking tired. The muscles didn’t have that POP and I wasn’t progressing in the gym or with my physique.

I started taking ice baths, using BPC 157, tb500, jumped on deca, and increasing my food. Specifically carbs around my workout. Things started healing up and getting better but I still didn’t feel the best. I was staying up very late and had insomnia.

One night I remembered that my doctor Prescribed me Oxytocin 30Iu so I took that with a little bit of phenibute. The next day, No exaggeration I woke up feeling like a million bucks. The aches went away and I felt pumped to get in the gym. I had an amazing lift and I’ve been using it every night since then

Never knew getting quality sleep could be so beneficial. After doing some digging on the web I found a few articles talking about Oxytocin’s effect on old muscle.

I never ordered Oxytocin from peptide websites so can’t speak to it’s effects but this stuff I got from a compounding pharmacy is making my body come back to life

I did bro. I had no choice but to deload because of my injuries. Started training Milos style with giant sets. The problem with that style of training for me is volume without heavy weight doesn’t give me that dense muscle. That, and the fact that I wasn’t using any Humalog. 🤦‍♂️

I just felt aches, stiffness, and fatigue all the way around. When I would go to the gym and take me pre workout I didn’t have that “kill it” feeling. After the past week of getting a good nights sleep I feel 90% better

Sleep is ridiculously overlooked in bodybuilding.

Have you ever been tested for obstructive sleep apnea?

You've crossed the line with recovery, so now you know where the line is. Just teeter on that edge now :)

I agree with you. No, I’ve never been tested for that but I probably should. Ever since I started taking oxytocin and phenibute before bed my metabolism is higher. I’m attributing that to better sleep and overall recovery. Nothing is better than having a ravenous appetite and optimal recovery in the off-season
 
Phenibut is a hell of a drug.. hardcore withdrawals are quite common and addiction comes quickly. And yeah, in the beginning you feel really grear after a night with phenibut. Take care and never take it regularly.
