Help me figure this out

On dr prescribed 200mg per week cyp. Split twice per week. Got last bloodwork the day before a 2nd shot and was 1000-1100. He does every 4 months for bloodwork so in between I add some goodies. I upped test to 250 twice per week for 500 total after last labs and am now having some new labs due at 4 months. What would be best way to bring it back down to dr levels? Just go straight back to 100/100? but then wait how long? Skip a shot? Obviously will consider getting my own bloodwork ahead of time to make sure its not crazy off.

in my experience it takes anywhere between 4-7 or 8 weeks for bloodwork to reflect any changes in regiment. so its very tricky timing it perfectly to show your doc the numbers you want him to see. to be sure return to normal trt dosages plenty of weeks in advance.

I've personally always skipped a week of shots and began to run 100 a week for 3 weeks prior. I make sure that the draw of my blood im a full 7 days from my last shot. If your numbers are still elevated you can claim ignorance and injected a few days prior.

Obviously that doesnt work if you use that excuse more than once.

I have done the same. And I have just gone back to my regular protocol without skipping a week and my T levels are beck to where the should be after 3 weeks. Some of the other markers may take longer to return to normal.
