I tried searching for this but couldn’t really find what I was looking for those who donate blood. What is everyone’s experience for when to give blood to have a positive effect in blood work specifically lowering RBC, hemoglobin, and hematocrit?
Yes it lowers those. If I am high then I can feel a little better after the donation. If I am not high it can lower those levels to much and I can feel a little tired, it takes me a week or 2 to build back up.

I had a Hematocrit of 53 and Hemoglobin of 16.9 last time I got bloods done for my TRT doc... I started taking 2,000mg IP-6 like Dante recommended and 8 weeks later my Hematocrit is 49 and Hemoglobin 16...
I was going to post a thread about this too sense I see so many guys with higher than ideal hematocrit/Hemoglobin on TRT/cycles...
Thank you for the responses. I was not as clear of what I was asking. What is the average time between the blood donation and the blood test so they want rebound before the test? My RBCs and Hemoglobin are just slightly out of range which I am fine with but I want them in range for my blood test.
