I was wondering what you guys are doing now for your cycles. I was about to get ready for summer. It takes me a good amount of gear to look how I want to. With that being said, if I cant train at full throttle im thinking to just cruise at 250mg of test until things turn around. Im not rich either, i dont want to spend money and not get the best I can out of it.

What are you guys doing?
 
I had actually just started upping my test and added in a moderate dose of var daily and sdrol on lifting days before all this shit happened. I backed it off and went back on a small dose of test but kept on a small dose of var. I get shitty workouts at home even though I have a good amount of equipment and it’s not like I’m going to be showing my physique off anytime soon so what’s the point.

I’ll ramp back up when things start to level out...
 
This is a good question, I've been wondering what everyone is doing. I was getting ready for a show (still 18 weeks away) but was blasting trying to add some extra tissue before dieting down. I decided it's pointless now so dropped to 250mg test and gonna add 200mg masteron. Try to keep dieting down to be primed for growth when everything clears

I'm staying on my usual dosages. In the past, I've found I can keep most if not all of my size after not training for a month or longer when I do this. I don't want to shrink down.
 
ive been on 140 mgs trt a month. Plan is to stay on this a while

moreplatesmoredates did a video showing higher anabolics/androgens in general cause a weakened immune response
 
I have been contemplating what to do too as even without training a small extra dose of an anabolic will help keep muscle mass. I live in an apartment and can't have hundreds of kgs of plates and equipment in here . The floors are not designed for this and even with rubber mats a 200 kg dead lift will make some noise and vibrations. I don't have any weights either so it's just gonna be walks in the forest and body weight exercises. I went down to 30mg test e eod (105mg week). No point in doing more if I can't train properly and also give the body a break. I am however expecting this situation to last for months so there will be some muscle lost unfortunately. Every day I consider adding in just 100mg deca a week which would surely help keep the mass on but I haven't yet...
 
I think this is a great opportunity for everyone to get their health in check and make it a priority. I can't see an excuse not to at this point in time. Also it's a great chance for people to focus on other things than bodybuilding.

When you come back to gear and the gym everything comes back in 3 months (that's if you stop eating, stop working out and stop gear for a year!)

im not sure 100% about that..i can def tell you that when i start to come off and go threw my pct i almost always get a cold sore or fever blister..why that is im not sure but never ever in 20 plus years have i ever gotten one on cycle..
 
Doing 125mg test every 5 days. I feel much better and actually look better. and no longer suffer from joint pain. Low dose test and bodyweight basic exercises and tons of cardio. I have never been so freaking sore in my life by doing dips and pull ups and high rep body squats. Unbelievable. Even 405 pound deadlifts can't get me sore..but 12 sets of 10 reps pull ups makes me feel like I did a few rounds with Mike Tyson last night.
To me there's no point in taking any compounds beyond that if you can't pound hundreds of pounds at the gym. All of that is just going to go to waste. I mean how much sh!t do you need to do push ups and dips and bodyweight squats LOL.
 
Annoying this is that I juuust started a diet after a long offseason when this began. I was like 14 days in when it hit...but I'm gonna keep pushing. If I'm forced into this then I can make it a good routine. I have enough equipment to lift hard, I have a treadmill at my house too AND I have a decent dose of Test/EQ to run for awhile.

Im just gonna keep going. By the time I get out of here I'm gonna look freaky haha.
The BEST diets I've ever had were times I was a hermit....a fuckin machine.
 
I’m not sure. I’ll wing it. I had a good home workout yesterday. I’m decently sore from body weight and bands. I took a shot of sustanon 100mg with deca 100mg on Tuesday. I’d like to do that once a week but I doubt I’ll have the discipline. I preparing for the gym reopening. I just ordered Flash sustanon, deca, tren enan, masteron enan, anadrol, turinabol, and cialis.

I've only been doing doctor prescribed TRT for some time now. I have always been a believer if you cant train and eat 100% like a bodybuilder should then your wasting your cycle. Speaking for myself at my age I need to be doing more cardio now anyway.

I have heard for here in the midwest it's closed until estimated of April 1st (For Xperience Fitness chain). That's a rough ballpark figure by the gym management so it would be safe to say until AT LEAST April 1st and possibly longer than that. Seeing how the virus is reported to have died down in China...we should soon see that trend in Europe with the virus dying down. As soon as you see that happening in Europe..you can probably estimate that its eventually going to die down here as well after that. God willing.
