I have ran DNP a handful of times , I have tried various diets (even did the eat whatever the hell I want diet ) and still lost weight. Best results were doing half chicken breast, 1 egg , 1/2 cup of brown rice every 3-4 hours depending how I felt then after 2 or so days of that I would be flat , reintroduce carbs ( lots of cereal and fruit ) for a full day and I would fill out. I did notice that my best physique to date was last summer @ 6'3 225lbs , it really showed about 30 days after I stopped the dnp and upped my dose of npp/test prop/mast prop to 300mg every other day. In my mind I was very happy with my physique and my strength was still pretty impressive.
I feel dnp results (as long as you stick to your post dnp diet ) really show about 30 days afterwards.
Oh and I ran 200mg of dnp during the summer....I was miserable
