HEY!

Sorry for the delay gents. T/A Shipping was Amazon status. It was actually in my box Saturday. I didnt even check until Monday.

I'll be running tren ace, mast p, test E, anavar, from King. I bought some extra stuff on my own that i'll also be taking - GW, Adex, T3, Clen. Starting with 250test/75mg tren eod. First pin i did them separately. One in a 25g 1 inch in the right delt, 29g .5 inch left delt. Both extremely easy. Nice to see it flow through a slin pin. I'll update as we add any other supps, change cardio, nutrition, etc. Most recently we dropped carbs a bit on training and non training days. With those slight changes and the addition of tren i expect significant changes in the next 14 days.

If shows actually happen and you dont have to wear a mask on stage I'm 13.5 weeks out.

Currently I'm 6FT - 255.2 this morning. Weight is steadily dropping as we've now switched to the stair climber vs treadmill.

Cardio 6x a week 45 mins - no cardio on quad dominant leg day.

Nutrition - Macros - I couldnt tell you. I stick to the plan and follow it. I'll post pics of meals and sizes, etc. Currently doing 2 high carb days and 3 low days. Training 5x/week.

Training:
Day1 - Chest,shoulder,tri
Day 2 - Back/Bi
Day 3 - Quads/calves
Day 4 - Shoulders/arms - chest pump work
Day 5 - Hams/glutes/lats

Ill be posting at a minimum EOD. Today is a high carb leg day. I record all my top sets during training for the most part. If i can figure out a way to get my face out i'll post them up. If anyone has any recommendations throw them my way. I've got my most recent check in photos I'll post today. Need to edit out my face.

Man, I hope competitions won't continue to be canceled. I feel so bad for all you guys that compete, and have worked your asses off to just have your show canceled.

The actual stage portion is my 'least' favorite of competing honestly. I enjoy the process. Don't get me wrong, i want to win an overall. I've won my class numerous times, but never an overall which can be a bit tougher in Texas.

Zero pip from either injection. I'll get some food pics from today's high day/leg day. I sent Joos23 a video of me hitting a top set on hacks. If anyone knows any editing programs where i can wash out my face let me know.

The "XGimp" app is good for editing your face out of pictures......not sure if it works on video though

6/24/20 - Legs - Bit off plan today as I trained with a friend I've never trained with. Followed his lead with legs - Wouldn't really affect my schedule at all. All exercises were movements in my rotation so no new movement patterns or anything risky. Phenomenal training session today

Hack squat -3x Warm up sets (nothing taxing - Just letting the body know were about to die) - 1 top set - 1 back down set of death

Hack Squat - 8PPx10 - 6.5PPx18 - Lost a bit of my soul on the second set. Sent the vids to Joos23. I'm going to see if my Wife can get my face out of the video some how. Extremely happy with today's training.
Glute Bridge - 2x top set - 2PPx18,16 - goal was 20 and the following set to failure. We have a very unique glute bridge machine here and its awesome. If you do it correctly and keep the tension on the glutes and not the quads - its amazing.
Bulgarian split squat - Knee over toes - chest upright -2x top sets- 80LBS x15,13 - 40lb DB's in each hand. The weight isnt the issue here - its my stability. I normally do these 1 handed and use my other for 'balance'.
Seated Hamstring Curls - 1 acclimation set - 2x top sets - 160x18,14 - Did a different technique here with my leverage - Hamstrings were fully blown in just 2 sets here.
Adductor - 145x18,14 - drop set 115x5 - Adductors are an extreme weak point for me and I HAVE to build these and maintain anything i get to keep my leg fullness

I rarely give a session a 10/10 as I always feel i could eek out a couple more reps here and there. But this session was a lot of fun. 10/10
Pre-Workout meal below - 5oz steak - 300g rice - 100g banana

Its a SF Chipotle Aoili. If you're on IG follow @gainzbakery - I just bought some sauces from them and they're leeeeeegit. I'm not even a sauce dude. But these are all very unique/different and most importantly delicious. I didnt even know I liked chipotle aioli 😂

Legs are pretty smoked today. Cardio actually felt good getting my legs moving. Nasty pump afterwards. Big push day Friday.

6oz 96/4 lean ground beef

5g pico-5g SF ketchup

Woo - Sorry for the delay gents. Came down with a pretty nasty fever/cold. No, not covid-19. :X

Training has been at an all time high. I've truly never been stronger/bigger.

Yesterday was an off day w/ 45 mins stairs. Cardio was brutal, but i got it done. Luckily im working from home so i was in and out of bed eating/answering emails/calls.

Feel substantially better today. Today is a push focused day. I have updated photos Wednesday. I WILL post my update photos then. I need to shave, but doubt i'll get to it before then.

Recent leg day was pretty ridiculous:

Pendulum leg press - 12PPx23, 11PPx21
SSB Squat- 315x11, 315x9
Prime Lying Hamstring Curl - Lengthened positioned 2PP +25p top peg - 3 sets - 14,12,11
Leg Extension - 170x21,17,13
Adductors SS w/ Calves - 3 sets of 20xfailure on both

July 4th - 2020

Happy July 4th everyone. Big push day on the agenda. Wife's a Nurse and shes working so im just lifting, grilling, packing teh remainder of the house. I've had phone issues for the last week. Finally getting a new one after Apple/AT&T trying to screw me.

The tren A and 25mg Anavar is in full effect. Body is re-comping significantly now. Hit a new low this morning at 253.2 - Weight is steadily dropping, but not plummeting too fast which is perfect. I think making 224.5 is going to be a real challenge, we'll see how my body reacts. Right now everything we're doing is working well.

I've somewhat changed my training to a push, pull, legs and i feel this is way better for me. I'm recovering substantially better. I've always been a volume guy, but it usually ends up eating away at me as i dont know when to taper off and listen to me body.

I'll update post workout today: Chest focused push
