I think it is supposed to be pulsatile, learning the insulin resistance issue... The person who told me about that might have been referring to another compound in trials though, so don't quote me on it.

There are many reasons for which smaller companies sell their work to Bigger Pharma. Here it looks like they needed Big Pharma to help them sham the clinical trials for approval because they were having a hard time by themselves.

Regardless, it would be nice to have a newer propriety product to purchase in order to justify spending so damn much towards their exponential profits.
