Luki Offseason - blow up arms at 3" with SYNTHEROL(road do 320lbs)

I changed the protocol a bit, put the train down and high nandrolone came in its place. The reason for this was pain in the joints, but what I have seen more than once, offseason without nandrolone does not work well. Nandrolone, due to its effect on joints and tendons, allows you to train hard, strength begins to return, I hope to do some PR.

I'm adding a video of rack pull 320kg x6 reps, last year I made 380x4 and now I want to get to 400kg x4 reps

fasting weight stable 286 pounds and I hold a little less water than in the last video so it's time to add calories and go higher with weight

What dosage of Deca weekly?Test ? Any orals?lookin great!
 
It's bad to combine NPP with Tren?
So you will have the benefits of both.... You have to take Caber anyways so...
 
I would never have thought that people outside my country would want to hear what I was saying. I am very surprised but at the same time I am very happy about it. I will think about translating all podcasts for youtube and truebodybuilding. Of course, if anyone is interested in registering on the site, I also invite people from other countries. I will answer anyone in English. I will also think about making an English version of the website.

Saw you on Dawid Czechowicz youtube/podcast. Looked like a great episode. I wish I was more fluent in Polish, but after living outside the country for 30+ years, it's difficult for me to understand everything especially when people start speaking fast (well I guess at a normal speed for them).... Maybe I will attempt to watch it again and use it as practice to improve my Polish :)

no buddy is not dead - there is just nothing to write about because nothing special is happening at the moment. Right now I cut some carbs because I started to get too much water so it's time to improve my insulin sensitivity a bit. New stuff - I got acquainted with Ole Vaaga and introduced some new elements to my training plan which Ole suggested to me. Overall, I found out a few new tips from him, you could say he uses a lot from the Milos school.

Another syntrerol protocol is starting soon, so I will report what and how.
 
At the beginning I would like to thank you very much for giving me the opportunity to test SYNTHEROL.

First, a few words about me:

Competing in bodybuilding since 2014 and compete each year. I managed to get several national titles, I participated in international competitions several times but without success. There is nothing to cheat - I do not have good genetics for bodybuilding, I always had weak arms due to the high 6'2 height. For this tendonis in both knees and elbows which strongly limits me in training but I still try and although I know that I will not be a good bodybuilder at least I want to be a so-called freak.
Before I started to do bodybuilding I did powerlifting, maybe some of them will be interested in my results so I will write, results from the competition (from training) all RAW

SQ - 595 (620)
BP - 500 (500x2 reps)
DL - 793

Now what is currently - at this moment I am sitting on 280 a little soft (i.e. the same as in the last competition, it is clearly not a stage shape, lol), 1-2 weeks of cutting and I start offseason. Now I have had a lighter period through this whole pandemic.
During this period I was on "crusa"
1.5g test and 800mg EQ

now I'm starting to build everything up, starting today
2g test week (cyp + prop)
600mg deca
500mg tren
200mg mast E

will come after finishing the anadrol cut and I will build up a dose of deca
GH 10-15iu china generic day
humalog before and after training 10-12iu + micro dosing during the day when calories will be high and blood sugar will be too high

SYNTHEROL:
I want to try to improve my arms. I have been in contact with high quality seo for the first time so I am very curious myself what the effect will be. The protocol I will use:

DAY 01-10 - 1ml per muscle head - 4 injections per day = 40ml
DAY 11-20 - 2ml per muscle head - 4 injections per day = 80ml
DAY 21-30 - 3ml per muscle head - 4 injections per day = 120ml

biceps and triceps

I will describe training and diet in the next post tomorrow, I will also try to document everything on a regular basis. I also attach some pictures of the arms. Tomorrow I will try to catch a good light in the gym and take pictures of the whole figure.

Something like...

1 day rest
this for 6 weeks then
take 1 entire week off from the gym
repeat
(a coached that I hired one year ago put me on that)

I've been training for almost 17 years and I've never had a whole week off from training - even after I broke my ankle, I was training. In the same way, when I broke my triceps, I only trained my legs, it is definitely not optimal and I do not advise anyone to follow it, but my passion is stronger than tired

Your going to need “lighter weeks” when feeling over trained. Just drop volume and/or intensity down a bit for a week and re-asses fatigue.

Like instead of 16 work sets for chest a week, drop it down to 8 sets. Then slowly add sets back. Or say you do RP sets for a muscle, just do one straight set and move on

You have to accumulate fatigue, then let it dissipate. Or you have to walk the line where you recover between workouts. But if your training hard, fatigue will eventually build up.

Hell how many times have you seen guys go on vacation for a week and come back and set rep/weight PRs? A lot. Just do a “easy week” every 6/8 weeks.
 
Hey Luki, saw your YT video with Dawid...of course I couldn't understand anything but I know he interviews badasses.
