What's the best way to raise vitamin D levels

there is now an at home test you can take and mail in to check vit d levels. finger prick i'm assuming for a small blood sample, express mail it off and get your results in a couple days.
I use Magnesium Glycinate with my D3Sunlight -particularly south of Atlanta on the map.
Vitamin D3 supplements (Be sure to take it with vitamin K2 if you aren't on anti-clotting meds)
Magnesium (Glycinate/L-Threonate preferred salts) to activate more Vitamain D3.
I would try taking more Vitamin CSince this thread is active and helped the op, while we're at it, how can I raise my vitamin C levels??

most need 3-4,000iu supplementntal D3 to reach adequate levels. And many docs think some could need even more.
