So I just picked this up as my blood pressure has been regularly pretty high lately. I know all the usual protocols for getting it down, but could still use the extra support. It seems like Carditone has gotten mixed reviews on here with some potential side effects. Anyone been taking it long term with good or negative feedback? Not sure if this brand is any different, looks like the ingredients are different from the one that negatively impacts dopamine and neurotransmitters.

'pretty high' is pretty ambiguous when it comes to blood pressure - Carditone might help bring it down, it might not bring it down, or it might not be strong enough to bring it down to a healthy range. Many people notice sinus congestion when using 2 tablets per day but are fine on 1 tablet per day. I think most are using the Ayush Herbs brand, haven't seen the one you've got.

I just googled it because I have never seen that one either. It's panel is different so whilst it should help it's impossible to know how it compares to the Ayush Herbs Brand. Most importantly it's missing rauwolfia serpentina which is the main ingredient that works. Magnesium is another one and it even has a lower dose of that as well. All in all it should help but I would recommend the Ayush Herbs product when using carditone.

I've done both Carditone and prescription BP meds (Lisinopril 5mg). BP Med wins, hands down. From ease of use, to (lack of) sides to combinability with other supplements. Glad Carditone works for some people though.

Carditone worked ok to lower my heart rate, but didn't do anything for my BP. Affected sleep and somewhat mood negatively.

Lisinopril, guys. Wish I picked up a bottle before ever starting gear. If you only get high BP on cycle, ok, then just run it on cycle. The new ARB's and ACE inhibitors are not our grandads BP meds.

We take all this stuff with gear, no questions, T3, Arimidex, Caber, DNP but run away from BP meds.
Adex and other AI's are stlll the worst thing I've ever tried.

Don't be afraid of BP meds if Carditone doesn't work. Save your arteries and kidneys.

Always find out why.of course if you are on DHB you know why but do things and take things to manage, then when off monitor BP to make sure it normalizes.

High BP can be from anything but what perpetuates it is mineral loss: Na and K

I used cialis 5mg eod, and 1 carditone am and pm and it worked great. I was 140/90 and now 125/75. But I don’t have a history of BP issues, just a one time deal post cycle.

My experience has been the same. Carditone--even doubly dosed--did nothing for my blood pressure. So I got on 10mg per day of Ramipril and my systolic number dropped from 140 to 120 on average.

Same here including using ramipril daily dropped me to around 115 /70

for the life of me i couldnt figure out why i needed nose spray every night to breathe, read a post about carditone causing stuffy nose on here, took it out. Problem solved. Lol, telmisartan ftw

Where are you guys finding rauwolfia serpentina, perhaps by itself and in bulk?

I just don't understand why people are not going to the doc and knocking it out with blood pressure meds. There are amazing ARB's and other meds for BP but we continue to jerk around carditone for bp. Don't get me wrong I take a lot of supplements and many from posts from our boy Dante but if you have a blood pressure problem you are much better off getting a pharmaceutical with guaranteed quality and potency to address the issue.

Just my 2 cents I'm not trying to be a jerk here and this isn't even really directed at the OP.

Exactly. I love my supplements but some people act like all pharm drugs are somehow bad for you and come with many side effects. I take 80mg telmisartan daily for bp control. I do like some herbal bp aids as well but I don't use carditone (I have in the past and it's a good supplement). Telmisartan has many uses and for me no side effects (that I can see/feel). Valsartan is another great one but obviously pick the type (go through a doctor) that is best suited for you. For my needs (and for most people) you can't go wrong with a tried and tested ARB.

Right on man. BP meds are some of the most efficacious out there!
