I train in a very small gym with limited equipment ,but I do try to vary my exercise selection a bit.

Adduction.

Abduction.

I did train legs Tuesday and my weight was 259..
Legs.

Flat Bench Press? Is this what you havnt done in over a year? If so. Neither have I lol. I prefer a slight decline or incline.
