•Jackknife side crunches- slo mo to fail
•Dumbbell Front laterals- last 3 sets 6-8 reps 10kg/22lbs
Dumbbell Upright Rows- 3 working sets 6-8 reps 30kg/66.13lb - slow lowering reps
Satuday - All exercises are are working sets.

Lying Tricep Extensions Straight Bar - 3 sets 6-8 reps 80, 90, 110lb
Standing Barbell calf raises - whole stack(not at home)
Seated calf raises- 275 plate loaded- perfect reps
Decline sit ups - 45 lb plate 3 sets 6-9 reps flex/hold
Hanging Crunches - to fail no weight
Straight Olympic Barbell Curls- repped out on 135
Friday was a very strong training session, I did some extra fatigue sets in between certain exercises but I do have to say that all the products are doing their respective jobs. The A-50 gives me a lot of anaerobic power and it seems like I cannot do enough work. Later I do notice my appetite is positively affected.(usually drol kills my appetite) but the gold EP injectable is killer @ 25mg. I will try 25mg twice and see how it goes but, I am not there yet. I will unveil the new program once I start it. I have to go up north til the 16th and I’ll be busy 17-20th w competitors.

Basically a small amount and you look like your on super high amounts , that quality muscle look too. I understand they are very expensive(they should be expensive or I get nervous). No AI needed yet but I upped my P5P to 200mg and take 10mg nolvadex while on Anadrol. I always take minimal AI/SERMS but I am not afraid of using if needed. I have had it to where it hits fast , so you need to be slightly ready or take some asin if you know that gyno is a possibility. I have used Letro but only for emergencies and sometimes to pull that last bit of water. Not a great feeling having low estradiol(e2)!! But, better than a knot on your nips! Lol. I make sure to have every single AI/Serm Made. I even got some raloxifene and am wanting to try it to see if there is any noticeable difference between that and Nolvadex. Even though Anadrol is is a not a substrate for aromatase and is a dht derivative, it can still cause gyno so; I chose to use a Serm w with it. I have zero gyno issues using this Anadrol so I am happy about that part . Be nice and kick ass at the same time!
Remember, Reach at Least One Goal Daily! This was part of my cheat meal:the 3 burgers were Bison tongue. Duck confit. Wild boar chorizo. The Mexican corn was delicious; Everything Was! Enjoy your weekend
