What’s causing me to have to piss all the time all of a sudden?

In the last two weeks all of a sudden I have to frequently urinate. This was a slight issue in the past but I started dutasteride a couple years ago and it completely went away, regardless it wasn’t anything as bad as it is now.

I’ve since doubled my test, although only from 250 mg to 500mg, and started anavar. Those are two things I’m obviously well versed with and have never caused this issue in the past. Besides that I’ve started chantix, daily iron, vitamin e and evening primrose.

One other caveat is I switched from dutasteride from ADC to a script duta from my doc same dose though, funny you figure the opposite would be happening.

Anyone have any ideas before I start the process of elimination?

I wonder if maybe what you were first using was overdosed possibly, and now the script is not? Only logical thing. Im assuming you are trying to take the same dose that you were on before. If I were you I would try to verify that you are taking the same dose as before, and if it is then youll need to decrease your cycle dosage.

For my prostate I just take an Alpha blocker, brand name Flomax. Tamsulosin.

I thought of that but from doing some research it actually only takes a very small dose of duta to get the prostate benefits, yes I am supposedly on the same dose 0.5mg a day. Regardless of even that before I started using duta I had a very slight almost negligible issue with the peeing, I started duta for my hair not my prostate, but now it’s out of control like having to piss multiple times a night.

Something is up, something changed but I’m leaning more towards something causing it rather than something no longer preventing it, if that makes sense.

But yea that would be the first place to go to sort it out, perhaps tomorrow I’ll go back to the ADC duta and see what happens.

Only saying this cause it sent me around the twist and made me a very violent person and suicidal. Took a number of months to feel normal again and i only took it for 4 weeks. My partner at the time had to forcefully take my tablets and my repeat scripts as i felt like i was being normal. Upon reflection a week later i realized what it had done. Not a good time.

Not saying it will happen to you but it is way more common than dr let on after i did my own research.

Yeah the dreams are like nothing else. Could not for the life of me distinguish a dream from reality. When i really started asking questions about that i got really volatile. But yes works very well for smoking. I remember taking up smoking again and it took a whole pack for me to enjoy them again. Hahaha again they must not work that well. Once and addict always an addict. Its controlling urges.

bro i wake up the same frequency for prob 13 years maybe longer, my prostate is def swollen though, i have cialis soon and will run some saw palmetto, any other suggestions>?ty

Check your blood sugar.
Flomax helped me control my frequent nightly trips to go pee.

I've heard several people mentioned that then are peeing alot more than normal and come to find out their blood glucose has increased SIGNIFICANTLY

Thats what I thought of however I have a brother in law who has Pancreatic Cancer. He started pissing lot more, got checked and found out he was diabetic and it went from there.

Exact same situation here. I used to average 5-6 pisses per night.

As for the OP, assuming his blood sugar is in check, I'd bet money the issue is the doubling of his test. When I was running 500-600mg test, I'd urinate the aforementioned 5-6 times per night. I cut my test back to 240mg, and now back down to 120mg, and I'm urinating only 3 times per night. Other than the reduction of test, there were zero other changes.

Even taking Flomax, im up about about 2 or 3 times to urinate. If I watch it and dont drink much, I can reduce that to 1 or 2 times. Before taking the medicine, I was up probably around 5 times. My prostate is pretty big now.

Francis, you need to go in for a digital rectal exam. Get a PSA done and follow that up with more to see any trends.
