Friday was a very strong training session, I did some extra fatigue sets in between certain exercises but I do have to say that all the products are doing their respective jobs. The A-50 gives me a lot of anaerobic power and it seems like I cannot do enough work. Later I do notice my appetite is positively affected.(usually drol kills my appetite) but the gold EP injectable is killer @ 25mg. I will try 25mg twice and see how it goes but, I am not there yet. I will unveil the new program once I start it. I have to go up north til the 16th and I’ll be busy 17-20th w competitors.

Wishing them all good luck at both competitions. If Para/Primo isn’t the best thing on earth to take with your test!! Omg,

Basically a small amount and you look like your on super high amounts , that quality muscle look too. I understand they are very expensive(they should be expensive or I get nervous). No AI needed yet but I upped my P5P to 200mg and take 10mg nolvadex while on Anadrol. I always take minimal AI/SERMS but I am not afraid of using if needed. I have had it to where it hits fast , so you need to be slightly ready or take some asin if you know that gyno is a possibility. I have used Letro but only for emergencies and sometimes to pull that last bit of water. Not a great feeling having low estradiol(e2)!! But, better than a knot on your nips! Lol. I make sure to have every single AI/Serm Made. I even got some raloxifene and am wanting to try it to see if there is any noticeable difference between that and Nolvadex. Even though Anadrol is is a not a substrate for aromatase and is a dht derivative, it can still cause gyno so; I chose to use a Serm w with it. I have zero gyno issues using this Anadrol so I am happy about that part . Be nice and kick ass at the same time! :)

Had a chance to hit the gym and it felt so great to see people again. Still wore my mask of course. Saturday’s I usually just hit ab work with calves and smaller muscle groups. I was speaking to someone about prepping e3d so I have plenty of ready to eat meals. I use the ISOBAG with the trays and all kind of protein snacks/Supps. Monday was super busy and I am working out of town. Got my workout in and am right in track. Some very cool places to eat at so; I will be hitting some sushi and seafood tomorrow. Glad I brought all my supps so I don’t have to eat out all the time. Getting excited to hit the gym for leg day and be able to use the machines. This weekend should be a lot of fun as there are two nice contests, wishing everyone good luck and wish you all well. Gotta get some z’s in amd will be updating daily. Durro! My man. Yes Lengua if my favorite, I’ll leave my recipe, they turn out phenomenal everytime! I started March 23rd and added the A-50 inj. March 25th. So I am just over 20 days in. I am training at home, when Covid hit; I had sold my Rogue Set up to a family member because I was was always at gyms daily and stopped training people at the house; so I was SOL for a while but then after a few months I started buying equipment; so I had to be very creative until it all came; I finally got adjustable dumbbells just about a month or two ago. Here are a few pics, the hard part was designing the floor plan because I put in inside in a spare bedroom that is only 132x132in. Luckily I have 11ft. ceilings. I am getting the Spud Inc Upper/Lower pullley system, the 16 position Back Widow®️ attachment, so I can add a lot of cable exercises. I have the landmine and the dip attachments. I need another 260-400lb in bumper plates; I am limited to 305lbs. I m actually out of town working and I am good to check out the sporting goods stores here. I am at the point I will buy any brand of bumper plates. I know Dick, carries the Ethos brand but they have not had any around me.

MAX’S LENGUA TACO RECIPE:



They are incredible! You have to do them right! Here is my recipe:

1 3-4 lb beef tongue

2 large onions, peeled

The cloves from 1 head (yes an entire head) of garlic, peeled and crushed

6-7 bay leaves

1 Tbsp of peppercorns

2 Tbsp salt

Vegetable oil

Corn tortillas (2 to 3 per person)

Salsa verde*

Avocados

Cilantro

Chopped red onion

Thinly sliced radishes for garnish



Drop first six ingredients in a big stock pot or Dutch oven. Cover with water, bring to boil and cover. Set to simmer(keep covered whole time), for 4 hours. Remove and let cool. Remove the ugly outer layer, and slice 1/4-1/2 inch thick slices, then cube the meat. Heat up some Manteca(pork fat) in a hot skilllet and crisp up the cubes of lengua. Set cooked meat on paper towels. Cook in small batches so as not to steam the meat. Serve with homeade or grilled corn tortillas and green salsa verde(or recado). Cilantro, red onion(diced). I like too have pickled radishes and jalapeños on the side. *You can drizzle Mexican crema and Cotija cheese if you like. Super easy and you can get the Rumba brand at any Wally World. We have a ton of Mexican Grocery Stores the size of a Safeway or Ralph’s .

That’s a nice set up you got there and you still have plenty a room at least more than my setup. You pretty much have all you need a flat bench, adjustable bench and a power rack and those adjustable dumbbells are nice. I have over 400lbs of plates 5s 10s 25s and 2 50 pounders and I have a bench I can squat in. But I don’t train at home since the gyms are open again over here but it sure did come in handy when this Covid hit. I trained at home for about five months or more hell I don’t know it’s been a crazy year. I’ll for sure never get rid of it after that.

Tuesday was decent, very busy with work-training. I was invited to a closed gym but, it felt wrong even though I have that shit vaccine in my body, lol. I don’t feel sick anymore at all but looks like the J&J shot killed a bunch of people(young women) !! Pisses me off. Well on to other things these two picks are to hold me accountable and I hate posting pics but , since I am going to compete in physique I will take all the good, the bad, and they ugly because that is just how it goes . I have to blackout some stuff for safety reasons. I do wanna day that it has only been kind 20 something days and I am blown away by the Euro Pharma and Platinum Pharma lines! Max be grawing. I have really long calve muscles and they are thick when I flex from behind, but not having a gym for a year has not helped as they are my one body part I need bigger. So that is why I am going to a gym for leg day. This is the first time I’ve ever shown my legs but ; Gotta do it because someone will give me advice on getting them round . They tie in low and are actually super thick, b from the front I need them bigger . Appreciate the forum for having bad ass products . Since I have decided to compete, I will be changing my training and diet to get to where I want to be . I know they wear board shorts and I shouldn’t care but there is a method to my madness. I have to do physique, before I do anything else. If it goes well at this certain contest, I will compete again a short while later. This cycle is eight weeks , but I will be switching compounds and and am going to get sponsors. The competitions are 15-17,18,19 weeks from now. I am going to get sponsors, because I am not sponsored now. It is very expensive and is taking away from my work and just like everyone else;
I am not at the point where I get paid to workout, I get paid doing multiple jobs and this will definitely take away from doing certain jobs; but, I am decided to compete. I Just have to. Training others is very rewarding and I want competing to just add to that great feeling of seeing others I help onstage. I am probably more excited than they are and I am surely the loudest and biggest fan for my girls and guys competing.

I am doing 14-16hr days out of town and am training and eating mega amounts of food. Ate a Double Grilled Chicken Sandwich , 1 Apple, 1 Banana, 1 orange@Airport. Had Jerky, nuts, and some new protein bars called Mid Day Squares; they were good. I saw Snickers made a high protein bar, Lol!

Made it to my cousins house so didn’t get my Saturday workout in. Went to his gym and it was quite pleasant. They make you carry sanitizer, 2 towels and have rules but it was so Rad to see people training and the staff was relaxed(saw people doing high fives), lol. I promised to grill up some of my famous chicken pork and beef tonight; so I am just going to do mixed grill kabobs; so people can pick what they want. Everyone has some diet issue. All bullshit besides 2 people in family have celiac which is a disease. They are the ones who are activist types or weird, but I don’t say anything. Except to my one cousin(male) he is 20 and decided to become vegetarian and has stuck it out for 6 months so I make some bad ass Portabella Mushrooms; they taste just like steak when I’m done without the chewiness. I will be here thru the weekend and then back home. I was teetering on equipment for a while and always come back to Rogue; but I am going to check out places around here since this is a great area for sports and shopping. Glad I have a Free week pass! I am sitting strong at 225-226, but still lean. I definitely am going to up my calories over 5,000 because my metabolism(even TRT) is super high. I seem to be able to eat a ton. My cheat day is almost always Italian food. Veal Cutlets, Big bowl of Pasta w browned butter, garlic, fresh Parmesan Reggiano or Greek Myzithra (sheep’s cheese), and sides of Italian Sausages. My point is I go well over 5-6k on that one day (2 cheat meals), but I will not change that. I am going to add in some more Carbs at breakfast and post-post workout solid meal. Beans-Rice together or an added pasta(which I avoid) I have to find unenriched organic. People ask but you eat burritos ED; which is true but I make my tortillas now. I only used El Paso or recommend them because they last over 1-1.5 years until opened. It took years of making fresh corn, flour, tortillas, flat bread-pita, and bread. I am still perfecting pizza crust. I have perfected the tortillas, I use King Arthur Flour, Unenriched, Unbleached Flour, 20 lb. it comes in 4/ packs of 5lb bags online. Finding unenriched is super hard to do as the US has been adding vitamins to food since back in the 50’s ! I only have two main rules and avoiding - high fructose corn syrup and enriched flour are my two biggest changes that help me stay lean and in shape. If you go look through everything in a package, can, or box, any snack food and it will have one or both of those. Like 85-90% of food. I have plenty of minor rules but those two and avoiding Soda/Alcohol are some others. I do get San Pellegrino or Topo Chico sparkling mineral water (love grapefruit) once or twice a week; it was the only way I was able to quit soda pop about two years ago. I am a huge fan of cold brew coffee, tea and caffeinated products and am able to spend more on food by cutting out the other stuff. Just some advice to further your your health. I am working with another bodybuilder to make my new plan which will be just a bit different as I am using a commercial gym for Legs. I am going to use my gym for everything else. I didn’t want to but, unless someone had a hack squat- leg press and an abduction/adduction machine for $1500; I need them; so gym it is. I am going to put on as much quality weight possible so my plan might have some switches as well. By next weekend I will finalize it. It was hard just deciding to hit the gym for leg day(machines) because I built this gym to keep me out of the mix. I get a ton of (very nice people) that I know and total strangers, staff that wanna hang out, chat, or workout because I trained people since forever really. It became overwhelming and I am very nice; even the Bose Headphones, skull cap, eyes down does not work. I average about 20-50 moments where someone is trying to get my attention. Even people I like. At home, I have full control which is so great. Have a blessed Sunday. I’ll be cooking, shopping, and eating all day!! Done Son !!

I tell you, busy as ever! Getting to everyone along with work, training, visiting fam, online , I am so glad I know how to cook!! I stopped ordering take out of any kind. Just cannot trust these places. Seems like every single joint orders form US Foods or Sysco and I cannot stand it. Probably why I like the food trucks or carts at farmers market! Some of the best and interesting foods! There was a Lobster Mac n Cheese with White Truffle oil and Prime Rib @ one the mobile trucks but; I passed on it...definitely wanted it but after seeing the portions my cousins got for $32, I was like, “ I’m eating the lamb souvlaki kebabs over rice(I had them crumble Feta Cheese over the tray. I could eat lamb, beef , game all day! Changing my workout and plan is a lot harder than usual; mainly because I am doing all days at my home gym and one day at gym for legs. I did decide that I will be doing more exercises and no warm up sets. Cardio will be limited and only AM fasted as I am going to weight train in afternoon or evenings. Good luck to you all in reaching your goal and hope all goes well. I will be bulking for at least 10 more weeks, so changes to everything are coming and definitely going to prep my Breakfast Burritos and having all my supps in daily two week containers, powders in baggies in case I am not home. Luckily I can shake my post workout manually (sometimes not so smooth if I add certain carb powders). Have a Nice evening.

Pretty nice being at a gym, the view was even better. I definitely lost concentration as it was packed and I was with three females, lol. They wanted to do my workout but I definitely denied that one! They are looking great! No need to get injured. Talk about some Alpha chicas! I am eating some great food and even though I am not at home, I have fully stocked kitchen at my cousins place. Starting to get some color(still whiteboy) didn’t bring MT2, I heard they have a MT2 nasal spray that is only about 1/3 as effective but, hell; I would buy it! I get a little nauseous if I take too much or is dosed incorrectly. Maybe some sponsor will make it(they have it everywhere in AUS, being near the equator; I had never seen so many people with full swim outfits before @ Bondi Beach 🏖. I was like “WTF Are they wearing?” Then I learned after getting scorched wearing a 50spf. I quickly learned what Broad Spectrum protection means. A US dermatologist could kill it down there! Lol. I definitely am going to switch up to a full bulk so you will see a change in compounds. More simplified, besides my GH/peptide schedule but it is easy for me as the last experiment was Boom! So it will actually more gh but split dose and i am very experienced with any sides. The main thing is I am having 3 huge meals instead of my just eating 6 x a day. When I say huge , Breakfast and Lunch will look like a family of 3-4 people, dinner will still be high calorie but macros will be a bit Lower. Still morning smoothie daily and Post Workout(weights) Shake and will take same time on non weight training days(probably one) lol. I’ll keep it short and seeing an upswing in activity here. I like it :)
