Recently got Training Principles by Jordan Peters his latest Ebook it’s right up my alley as far training philosophy and even basic diet recommendations. I wasn’t recovering well with DC because of my job but I was able to start JPs 2 way split and still progress on my DC exercises. For me I actually prefer it over DC because it’s a little more volume and I’m hitting each exercise with more frequency. Still training to failure, still progressive overload but it’s less taxing to me.
There’s 2 different splits one is a 2 way 3 days a week like DC. The other is a push pull legs with more volume and frequency. Push, pull, day off, legs, day off, repeat.Does every body part get hit twice a week?

On the 2 way it’s only 2 exercise rotations as opposed to dc with 3 exercise rotations
Awesome. I might check it out.
