What is the fewest times per week you think insulin is worth using? Assuming the most popular protocols are pre- and pos (fast acting), id guess that most people do not run it on off days. Most guys id assume also train 4-5 days per week, so that is how many times per week they run slin.
Has anyone ever used it on a carb cycling diet, and only on the high days? Example 2 days of low carbs or PSMF, third day is a high carb day, where you train and use slin pre and post?
Or, has anyone used it 2-3 times per week only on days you train a lagging body part?
The PSMF thread got me wanting to try that diet, but I plan to have a higher carb day every third day, and was thinking about incorporating slin. Also plan to train arms (part I want to bring up) on my higher carb day.
