did this coach ask you what are your food preferences and what you dislike or can’t stomach?

more just laid down a diet to you that you have to follow even if you’re nauseous ?
Yes he did , example i can't diggest oatmeal,bloated all day long etc also for training i can Change free weight squats with hack or leg press etc,what ever works better for me.
 
Magnesium helps with pretty much everything not just sleep...helps with cramps, muscle contractions, anxiety, deppresion etc

YES! every day
 
Magnesium has numerous reported benefits from anti inflammatory to lowering blood pressure so who knows why first thing in the am.
To the OP- It's probably just a slated time to ensure it is done daily in the routine more than really a timing issue.


As for this coach, I have watched a buddy of mine Aikman56 (here) on and off from afar be coached by him for two years. Nothing but positive progress.
 
Bro, I do upwards of 18,000 steps a day at work…that’s after I workout all morning and do 30 minutes on the assault bike..I can still get doughy or gain muscle depending on my diet

Fair play to you. My high day is 5500 calories and I’m struggling to add more weight the last 2 weeks. I can see it being upped even more 🙄

Lat pulldown 5 sets-6-8 reps to failure ,stretch between sets
Barbell row 5 sets-6-8 reps 1 rep short to failure..3min rest
Chest supported t-bar row 5 sets-6-8 reps 1 rep short to failure...3min rest
Seated dubbells biceps curls 6 sets 6-8 reps ,first 4 sets 1-2 reps short to failure ,last 2 sets to failure
 
I see high-volume training - are you a supporter of such training or do you periodically train during the year? i.e. 8-12 weeks of volume training and then you switch to low volume?

Periodically ,as u can see when i increase the volume almost every set is not to failure to avoid overtraining...
After this reps will go around 10-12 and total volume of sets will go down also.
I even Like to go 15 reps

Incline barbell bench 5 sets 6-8 reps ,2 short from failure ,3min rest
Flat barbell bench 5 sets 6-8 reps ,2 short from failure ,2min rest
Dumbell side lateral 5 sets 6-8 reps , 3 sets 2 short from failure ,last 2 sets to failure..control 3 sec negative...2min rest
Shoulder press on smith 5 sets 6-8 reps ,2 short from failure..2min rest
Ez bar skullcrushers 5 sets 6-8 reps ,2 short from failure ...last 2 sets to complete failure
 
Legs
Seatead hamstring curl 6 sets ,6-8 reps,stretch between sets
Free weight squats 6 sets ,6-8 reps, also stretch
Glute brigde 4 sets,6-8 reps
Calf raises 5 sets 2sec on stretch and hold 2 sec on contraction...6-8 reps again but to failure and stretch in between

Workout same as before but now i have
have increase the weights,and rep range stayed the same

Good cycle - dosages are perfectly normal for someone with that amount of muscle mass. I will watch your progress with interest.

Why would some1 run EQ? I never ran it, so Im just asking to learn. Seems like there are so many superior options compared to EQ?

@luki7788 explained it many times in his posts... deca more size but EQ more quality mass.
 
No way I’d be cooking two types of meat per meal. Id just alternate meat every other

I don’t mix carb sources except for intra workout. And it’s literally tossing in two scoops of powder vs defrosting and cooking two separate types of meat every meal. My literal only carb source besides intra workout is white rice. I don’t see how there can be anything beneficial about eating beef and chicken in the same meal, or at two different meals in the same day
