What are your top 3 (must have) daily supplements?

I only use Jarrow in recent years..but just always make sure it is Kaneka. The last couple years, I have always been able to secure the 120cap x 100 or 60cap x 200 Jarrow Ubiquinols for good pricing ($35-$42) but I recently checked and that has shot up 10-15 bucks. Not great...but everything costs more these days.

I have only really contemplated trans-pterostilbene(jarrow) but never pulled the trigger. However, Resveratrol looks like it has gained some steam in the last year or two...and I would totally consider that as well right now. I'd probably stick to a brand I like - like Doctor's Best or Thorne. I do not believe Jarrow has the trans-resveratrol in a product.

I've heard good things about Swanson brand, so I checked out their site. I REALLY like that they 3rd party test their products (not sure if Jarrow does this or in-house testing). Swanson also participates with ConsumerLab[dot]com reviews (an independent, membership-based organization that tests various supplement brands for quality, for those that are unfamiliar), plus their prices seem more reasonable. Can't go wrong with Doctor's Best or Thorne though.

I was taking more supplements than I could count at one point, it wasn’t random everything had a rhyme or reason but it was like 15 pills a day at one point if not more if I was taking full doses.

I did some blood work then stopped taking EVERYTHING for 3 months and did blood work again. There was no difference in any of the numbers I was specifically taking supplements for.

I still take a decent amount of stuff because I’m a hard headed donkey but just food for thought….
