Carbing up with fats?

Would like to hear if anyone else have the same issues that i have when they carb up that the carbs just burns trough them.

Everytime i try to carb up but the carbs just runs direct trough me even i go as high as 900g+

I was thinking if i add fats with every meal like 10g maybe the carbs would stick better?

Whats your opinion on that?

Appreciate some help on this topic.

tried all water and sodium approaches..

water 1.5 galloon
sodium high - sodium low- sodium medium
sodium load - sodium deplete

yeah i read about it, maybe could be something that works for me, but very risky with all those sugar foods. cookies, donuts, cakes dont you think? and cant be drinking water once shitload start i saw gregg doucette like to use this protocol

one thing i have notice tho everytime i have the cheatmeal i get fuller byt more bloated.

otherwise you will not load up - a little fat in the meal will not hurt and even help

Fat will slow down Digestion of carbs helping you from burning through them so fast, you may be the type that needs a mild shitload the last 12 hours or so.

And for your info, it's damn near impossible to mess up a shitload! A true zilla/wyldeone type shit load - use the search function for more info.

Yes i think i am definetaly that person if 900g just goes trough me, yeah i read about zilla shit load and hard to mess up even gregg doucette recomd it. thanks
 
You probably need more than 10 grams of fat with each meal.

No do shit load except the day before the show, if you are going to do a 2 or 3 day load, you can use real food: fatty meats, salmon, nuts, whole eggs ... along with your massive amounts of carbs.

You can't describe it that way because I don't know your body, I don't know how you eat at the moment, how you react to carbohydrates, changes in sodium, etc.

These are the general recommendations for a good carb load if you're really shreded
let's say you have a show on sunday
from Monday you reduce carbohydrates, but not too zero because energy routes will start to switch to a different type of "fuel"
let's say you finished your diet on 200g carbs

-Monday-Thursday 100g of carbohydrates and you increase your water intake by 1/3 of what you drink normally, let's assume that you are drinking 6 liters so you increase it by 8 liters, I would set sodium intake equally throughout the week to 3g (that 3g of sodium equals 12g of salt)

-on Friday you start loading and on the first day you give really hard
6 meals of 150g of carbs and 10g of fat
sodium 3g
water 6 liters

on Saturday morning you get up and if you are still uncharged, you give 5 meals of 150g carbs and 10g of fat and load shitem, here I do not interfere with burgers, etc. because protein is not needed at this point and can only hinder digestion. More like sushi + a few pieces of pizza + piss every time you get up at night - 1 rice waffle + a teaspoon of peanut butter
Water 3 liters until the 5th meal and set aside (then just a little to meals the next day so that digestion is not disturbed)

of course, it is written very inaccurately and in general, it is impossible to write out such things in advance, you have to control everything on a regular basis, also connect accordingly with diuretics etc. but it is a general scheme

Lol funny how every bodybuilder basically goes to a restaurant and shitloads after prejudging and comes into night show full and dry and hard, not bloated.
You have to use common fucking sense and not eat stuff that you know you can't handle, like if your lactose intolerant then don't fucking eat ice cream. There is a reason why the day after your show after pigging out post show you look fucking amazing the next morning (yes some of it has to do with fluid reintroduction).

It not their normal diet so why not bloated and gassy? A shitload doesn't mean you HAVE to eat like an idiot, me personally I have to eat a lot as I don't start shitloading till about 10:00pm Friday night for Saturday morning pre-judging. My go to is burger, fries, pecan pie, peanubutter and jelly sandwiches, and a little bit if cake. I do a trial run about 4 weeks out, deplete hard then shitload at 10pm and see what I look like in the morning, I'm usually dry as fuck, flat stomach, no digestive issues.

You don't reduce the salt in the whole process?
 
A shitload is not intended to make you full as a house, it has a tight loading window it's purpose is to dry you out and make your muscle push against your skin by giving you some glycogen and removing subcutaneous water, giving you a shrink wrap effect.
