I watched MPMD's hypo-responder a while back video and took a look at the study he linked: https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/25525405/

The chart showing the different levels of response to testosterone is much more varied than I would have thought.
This could very well be a good window into why some respond so well and some don't. Not conclusive at all, but interesting.

I know I came back with significantly high readings after a single T dose when I went back on 10 years ago.
Does anyone have any personal results to share?

Interesting to be sure. Although I don't know if I would call that a difference in "response." A more apt description might be something like "variations in bioavailability" or something like that (albeit, phrasing it in that way would make it seem like the variation is in the drug and not the person).

I wonder why one person would get higher levels than another.

Some guesses...

(1) the charts are misleading, as those with lower spikes actually had the same area under the curve due to the testosterone being more spread out over time

(2) those with lower testosterone have a reaction in their body that either proactively excretes testosterone or breaks it down and makes it unusable in order to keep levels lower

(3) more testosterone was bound up with something like SHGB

... Those are the things I could think of right now

Could this explain the difference between hyper responders, etc, ? At least partially, sure.

I tend to think the difference is at the level of the androgen receptors and "gene activation/expression"

Have you watched scotts video on muscle minds? He goes into this
Haven't seen it yet. I'll check it out, thanks. Can you advise on what episode?

Have you seen the studi where they gave men 500mg test e and took bloods after 14 days and the blood levels went from 1500 to 3000 thats a big gap.

I would pay to see this study (in English) done with different doses of Primo.
