I group your 1-3 listed as "reference quality" rhGH (I am just not familiar with the fourth, it may well be reference grade?) So long as it's from a pharmacy, these are the "pinnacle." I cannot discern between them, if you prefer one over the other it must be due to aesthetic or practical factors aside from the purity and potency of the contents.
There are quality biosimilars like Jintropin, Hygetropin, Kigtropin. They are efficacious in binding the GHR, but not quite as efficacious as safely delivered reference quality.
Practically speaking, Jinoshik has stated that the (overwhelming?) majority of purported reference rhGH he receives is counterfeit.
I think "generics" can be any limitless number of compounds which activate the GHR without quite the "torsional force" of 22kDa rhGH. But are probably a lot more cost-effective and still efficacious.
