Not sure what you mean. You mean you circuit train with weights and then do the elliptical 4x and want to go to 2x/wk? Or....?I currently do 30 - 40 min 4 x a week currently on the eliptical cross trainer. Thinking about swapping two sessions on non workout days. Think it will kill possible gains?
