Is it standard procedure for the HRT clinics to provide you with their own compounded Testosterone rather than a prescription that you could take to any pharmacy to fill?

My first endo the testosterone, arimidex, & HCG came directly from the office. I no longer use them due to the astronomical cost they started charging. Now I’m going through one of my network urologists. The same 3 scripts come from a pharmacy.

Yep. It’s a whole racket. You pay for their service, your insurance pays for their compounded drugs, etc

When I told my 1st clinic to fuck off was when they wanted $400 for…..

30 - 1mg Adex. tabs

The HCG, they sent me to a pharmacy who wanted $800, for a 5,000iu bottle. And they wonder why people go through the black market!!! Gee I wonder why?

I pay about $150 for 10ml of 200mg/ml Test Cyp to my door. Lasts me 3 months on TRT. Yeah, the black market prices for a bottle of Test Cyp are about $35 plus shipping. This way for all outside viewers I have a legal script and can openly speak about using testosterone.

I want to add that the biggest advantage to have a prescription besides the fact you know it's real is that I feel completely comfortable traveling on airplanes with it.

My HRT clinic is extremely high, but in certain cases it may be worth it. I think it's 380 for a "10 week cycle". That consists of 20 ml of test cyp, like 20 arimidex pills, and 5000iu of HCG and all the needles come straight to the door........Now let me tell you why I pay it. I travel for work OFTEN! I feel much better flying with gear when I have a script for it

I forgot to answer the question, yes compounded is common....I went to my own doctor (who is extremely cool) and told him the deal, he said the only way he can write me the same script is if I come in with total test levels under 200.......He actually took the clinics name down and was gonna look them up for himself

Most clinics in South Florida charge around $199 a month and that gets you your occasional doc visit for blood work, 1/2c - 1c of Test a week, and a few Adex caps. Just think about that. You’re paying $2400 a year for some half ass former internist/GP to run your blood and then send you a few bottles of Test and Adex caps. I spend about $500 a year on my TRT with quarterly blood work.

Most clinics do. I get mine from my Dr. now and use Good Rx for a discount coupon....but I kind of just collect it lol

$160 for 5,000 iu HCG is pricey. $800 is just stupid.
the sources I use all have hcg around $30-50 domestic

Standard for the ones I’ve used. I’ve gotten better numbers from a compounded pharmacy over Pfizer though

Most people will but when talking TRT it's much easier to dial in what you need with a US Pharmacy grade Testosterone. Now we talking on cycle I love a lil extra kool-aid in my cup

I get 90 days for $50 which is 12 1cc 200mg Depo vials (basically Cyp) 90 days of Adex $30 I don't use HGC as I stay on 365 once a gain I use a Good Rx coupon which is a free service

Last order they charged me 188 total for two 10ml test cyp. Cialis was 4.25 for 25mg ea and nolva was 20mg 1.40 ea. Yes BM would be much cheaper but 100% above board legal is more than worth it for me at this point in my life. I have ZERO risk tolerance and struggle with paranoia on a good day so ordering anything is out of the question for me mental health-wise. Heck, I get uncomfortable about things I did 20 years ago lol.
