Turmeric users

800mg per day, BCM-95.

I will typical take a min of a 1000 mg if not a little more whether I use BCM or Merida. I do like some of the other more bioavailabile forms.
 

I dont think it matters what brand, just aim for quality and BCM 95.
 
I use Life Extension. It's called, Super Bio-Curcumin. I take 2 a day and it does great. There are other brands out there that are good also.
 
Ditto to a few of the above responses .... I’m on 2 a day of the bcm-95 curcumin. I have a cardiac MRI Tuesday actually and am hoping it (amongst quite a few other things) has improved some of my heart function and reduced a bit of of the mild/moderate wall thinking and left ventricle hypertrophy that I have.

This is why I use it. I’ve heard this before.
 
I've gone as high as 1.5g twice per day. I think the sweet spot for effectiveness and cost is 1g twice per day, along with 30mg bioperine (each time you take it). That is, if you are really trying to reverse LVH/CHF. You should definitely be taking at least 200mg Ubiquinol along with it if that's your goal.

I use a min of 1 gram a day with bioperine with 200 mgs of Ubiquinol. Wasn’t aware of Ubiquinol helping in that aspect?

Just a few studies... Google "CQ10 and heart failure" or "CQ10 and LVH" or "CQ10 and CHF" etc etc or use ubiquinol instead of CQ10 as the search term..

I use LF for almost everything, great brand with quality products. You get what you pay for.

I also use a host of other supplements one of which is Ubiquinol at 400mg/ED.
 
I use Source Naturals. I thought I recall a previous thread stating that one has great bio availability
 
1200mg some generic shit for the last 4 months
 
Life Extension for most everything (tocopherols, curcumin, pycnogenol) followed by Jarrow for most everything else (ubiquinol, lactoferrin), doctors best for magnesium, vitamin shoppe for astragalus, and then whatever I can find for apigenin.

After reading your post it sounds like we are doing much of the same. I did bump up the curcumin dosage based off what you said here.
