Finally I have my gynecomastia surgery scheduled after it bothering me for about 12 years. Cost is 6k (talked him down from $6850) for Lipo and gland removal. My body fat is fairly low so I won’t need much lipo and he said he will remove about 98% of the gland. Excited is an understatement. Will keep you all updated on the process

When I had my surgery 10 years ago, if I remember correctly, I wasn’t allowed to lift weights for 4 weeks but started doing light cardio 2-3 weeks post surgery. Had to wear the man bra for 8 weeks 24/7.

Yeah the doc I’m going to is suppose to be one of the best for gyno on the east coast

Had to put down 1k for the deposit and pay the rest when I get there
