Blood work results

Greetings, I wanted to post up my recent bloodwork before I started a TRT dose of 200mg Test, and probably .5mg-1mg of anastrozole to control estrogen.

I've done a few mild cycles in my time over the years. I'm 46 now and the past year my sex drive has been suffering. My last cycle was probably 5 years ago. My liver may have been impacted by prior alcohol consumption.

Any thoughts/opinions are welcome.

Your estradiol is slightly high. Potassium is a little low. I be more concerned about your TSH levels. I get a complete thyroid panel done. You liver looks okay. Yeah, you could use a little test at 310. All other blood work looks good from what I saw.

Thanks. On my next lab test, I'll make sure to get a complete thyroid panel done and assess my estradiol and potassium at that time.

When was your last injection, how long have you been on that 200mg before bloodwork and how many days were between your last injection and the blood letting for blood work?

My last injection was probably a year and a half ago. I got the blood work done as a baseline and to see where I was at on everything before I started.

Definitely do full thyroid panel. Your tsh suggest hypothyroidism. Hypothyroidism can cause low t, high estradiol. Potential for hormones to straighten out if hypothyroidism addressed. Trt may not help like you hope with hypothyroidism.

Your bloodwork looks good. You could probably start your TRT dose at 100mg per week and not take the AI. Then increase your TRT dosage according to how you feel.
