Metformine in contest prep -any more benefits then BG control?

Everyone know's the benefits of improving insuline sensitive and glucose control with metformin, especially when gh is in the mix. But what about contest prep time while we using quite of Gh 10-15iu (but gluse is in range, and insuline is still in the mix) is there a more beneftis then just glucose controll with metfo or if BG are in range (assuming that is not due metformin) or it's not giving us any more benefits? I asking cuz i start to notice a stomach desrupt and diarrhea lately after use it, and start wonder its not actually contrproductive at this point. What you guys thinks?

Nothing scientific here, but personally I like to implement metformin during fat loss phases because it greatly suppressess my appetite and I don't get any of the negative sides (lack of muscle pump and GI distress being the main ones people often complain about).

The blunt apetite effecet i have never notice to be honest, but right now the GI disrupt as the calories are lower (diet in terms of products not change) are very visable

I noticed it helps with fat loss as well. Definitely has help me shed some pounds. Try taking it at night before bed if you're having GI disrupt.

Im trying Metformin for years on and off, having some long phases of taking it for up to 6 months at a daily dose of 2g split into 2 and yet I cant tell for sure if it really did something good for my bg levels... I somehow feel like every time i stop my bg levels get better, but it should actually be the other way around. Weird I know.

Actually the only problem is diarrhea and its at the morning, so thats the biggest issue.
