I don't know honestly, maybe you weren't deficient. It took 7 days for me to notice. You can return it if you got it from Amazon

Anyone have any updates on their Progesterone progress??

I’m going to order bloods on this as I’ve been on TRT for years...

Is there anything to be weary about when supplementing? Any combination with other supps that’s needed?

Correct. Did absolutely nothing for me except lighten my wallet.

As to your second question, I haven't a clue.

FYI . . . I have tried many 'things' (OTC supps) touted here purely out of
curiosity, ones that I could verify via lab tests and I have found nothing
worth worth the money, and nothing that lived up to the hype. But hey,
that is just me.

Yes plenty to be wary about. I‘ve had gyno removed via surgery And I’m on TRT and even at 150mg/week I struggle to control dreaded gyno pain in my chest. Need like 2mg/ arimidex per week to not have sensitivity in my nips.

Asked doc to check my progesterone levels and thought that could be the culprit. Level came back barely above zero so I tried the cream one night. Within 12 hours I had the worst gyno flare pain in my life that lasted more than a week.
took every AI I had and wouldn’t touch it.
sex drive was amazing during that week but I’m obviously sensitive to progesterone as far as gyno goes

now I’m searching for a natural progesterone blocker

Not natural, but the only thing that I can think of that blocks progesterone is wynstrol

I just ordered some of this and will report back. I have tried several things for sleep over the years (ZMA, Magnesium Bicarbonate water, L-Theanine, Ashwaghanda, Melatonin), but the only thing that actually works (like really works..) is red Kratom. I just take a small scoop before bed (I think around 3-5 grams) and I sleep like a baby. If you give credence to the product I was using in strength as you did than I was taking more than the OP and I still get got zero results than what are we to make of that?
