Had a quick one today as I had to do work pre-gym then sprint home in the morning. Was up at 4am working, then back at 630am for a meeting.
The ONLY thing i probably need to focus on more is sleep. I average 4-6.5 hrs per night and on the days where its under 5, i usually try and take an hour nap midday (feel like an old man saying that). Interested to see the diet and gear changes.

I'm just at the point now where people are saying, "woa, you're looking extra full right now." Shoulders and trap bursting kind of look.

Fuckin leg day man. I was super deep in a heavy leg press and basically did a little butt wink and slipped something in the lower back area.

I did this 2+ years ago coming out of Covid. Slipped something bad and it pinches a nerve in my R hamstring. Basically, touchin my toes to the right is damn near impossible without deep stretching. Slooowly opens up after time, but it fucks that whole hip up. I have lower back, hamstring and hip flexor pains from this shit. I can train around it but it still sucks. Doing some self deep tissue work with a lacrosse ball and theragun.

about 7 weeks in now. Lost a total of about 11lbs maybe. Looks like straight body fat which is great. Was 271 today.
Just got my check-in back, gonna ride another week of very minimal changes to diet. Same thing for fat loss drugs.

Im leaner, not lean, and not shredded. But lean at 270 still makes people walk up to me asking "how i got bigger."
I didnt get bigger, you can just SEE muscles and striations now.

Hit a big leg day on Saturday and then a PUSH day today.
My lifts are still strong too, nothing moving down in terms of my log book stuff.

Cardio is not bad right now, basically 20 mins of HIIT and 30 mins of LISS at the moment.
I TRY to do the HIIT PWO when i have time. But today was late to a work call I had to speak in and will just hit it all later in the day.
As long as it gets done im ok.

Trying to navigate a couple travel issues too. There's a high probablity I travel to Europe for a commercial shoot in the next couple weeks and im going to basically
bring all my food and figure out a way to make it work overseas — food, lifting and cardio. Ive never been in full diet mode for a shoot so itll be a challenge.

Had super clean bloodwork pre-cycle as i was on 100mg test and nothing else. Had been on that for like 9 months so i was clean as a whistle.

Ill post some up pretty soon, i should do some soon just to see where im at
 
Into the rhythm right now. The addition of T3 realllly got the scale moving. I was kinda sitting at mid to low 270s for quite awhile, kind of recomping.
Addition of 25mcgs and boom, fat loss is moving again.

Im actually surprised how im feelng right now. Im about 7 or 8 weeks into the diet and i am still NOT hungry, fatigued, tired, dragging, none of it.
Makes me feel like i have lots of runway left, which is great. No changes from the coach this week and everything is hummin.

Im a liiiitttle concered as I have to go on a work trip to Prague beginning of October. They want me there for 2 weeks on a commercial shoot and that shit is a LONG TIME in a new city, new gym and new food. I WILL make it work, but itll be a bitch. Thinkin about flying my pregnant wife out there too because she doesnt want to stay in LA alone lol

Cardio right now is at 20 mins HIIT on the stepmill plus a very light 30 mins on the bike. So im splitting that twice a day now.

I honestly couldve pulled it up higher with more mgs but with pregnancy the priority i was trying everything to get those swimmers up.

High carb day today which is great. Still roughly around 1000g. Rice, gummy bears, some bagels, etc.

Huge drop in weight this week. Sitting at 267 right now.
Almost daily changes. Seemed a little tooo fast, but i have a check-in tomorrow so ill kinda know what we are doing next.
Gear is going up next week. Maybe throw some Mast in here and see what that does.
Fat burners are the same.

Feel pretty good. Leg day was higher volume today and i was feeling that. Kinda gassed but thats why today is the high day.

I'm not sure how it is for you, when I get the scale going in one direction or the other, it's hard to stop the train from rolling. Especially on the way down. If not careful, before I know it can lose 6-7 lbs in a week.

Agree man. This past week i lost 5lbs. SEEMS like a bit too much, but i know my metabolism is rolllling right now and i do lose fat fairly easily.
I usually have a FREE MEAL on my high day (yesterday) so i crushed a bunch of chinese food just to fill back up some. That helped and im full today.

Lets see what Justin thinks. Right now im lean, but not shredded. But from lean to shredded is where most guys lose muscle, so i just want to be careful around this time now..
ill know more about the plan tomorrow morning
