I just did a 36h fast on 375mg DNP. My Ketones are ~4mmol/L.
This level of ketones are usually unachievable even when I’m strict keto. This was dosing 375mg in the morning day one, not a saturated dose.
Will continue on with a PSMF and 375mg DNP, with a 10 hour eating window, just because in ballerina calories, spreading out 5 meals just is annoying.
Keep us updated. I'm curious how this turns out. PSMF is the best way to go. Id almost say you can get away just training 3x a week and do cardio 7x a week and be done in 4 weeks.
Yea my favorite split when doing these hard cuts are the DC two way EOD. Except I don’t have the gas to do a “real” quad widowmsker. Usually just one twenty rep back off set after the main work

People stop posting like he isn't drinking water. Everyone in this thread on dnp is drinking water throughout the day. Please read the thread properly before posting. I am on DNP myself and it's going great. I am running it for a very short time (mini-cut) so I have gone more aggressive with my cut than I usually would. DNP was dosed at 1 of our Euro caps so 200mg per day but that wasn't enough so I am now using 400mg per day. If I sleep with the window open (it's cold here) I am fine but the one night I didn't I woke up soaked in sweat. I am not that hot through the day so it's been a fairly easy run but highly effective.
My carbs are low so I look like shit (I would on or off dnp with this diet) but the fat is coming off. I will stop tomorrow then start bringing carbs up before I go on holiday/vacation on the 6th. My diet today and tomorrow has mainly been meat and houmous with some berries. Once I bring carbs up with low fat and the water falls off my body will come to life.
John meadows was a proponent of 24 hr fasts from what I recall and did not think it impacted muscle muchI think a fast of 18-24 hours is healthy but not a good thing for bodybuilders who are still looking to be center stage, I think it’s more of a life after the game and why you would take a toxic substance during a fast which is used to rest organs and detox the body seems foolish as well as the fact that DNP will cook muscle same as fat and eating no protein while blasting your metabolism and having a chemically induced fever just wreaks of bye bye muscle I also think it woukd make you have to take less DNP since doses are so important and after 24 -36 hours you’d need to lower dose with no food in your body or risk having your blood levels rise while staying on your day 1-2 dose.

Lastly ketones are sugars made from aminos as I understand it but it doesn’t mean you’re burning more fat just that your body is making the sugars needed for your brain to run from protein and with DNP accelerated metabolism the extra ketones may simply represent the need for more sugars bc of DNP use which also increases body temp which again increases caloric load. Yea very healthy great for GI system and body detox but not combined with DNP. Fasting makes me feel great. Dnp is a mindfuck. You look soo horrible day 4 and on. Flat, bloated as hell, weak. Then you stop and the water goes away, your like wow. Then you add some carbs and they go straight to muscle glycogen…and then the holy shit I lost 6lbs of FAT
You’re right I mixed up gluconeogenesis with ketone bodies but I still think fasting on DNP is a slippery slope. I’m not knocking you for doing it but this is an open forum with many guys getting into this life and I worry about repping stuff like DNP and insulin.Ketones are made from fat to a usable fuel source. They rise in the absence of glucose. The levels fall to almost undetected when you body starts to use them.
