I could not agree more! Could catch, but what do I know?If they actually raised serum test levels by 82% and 85% they would be the most popular drugs on the market.
2 weeks in with 15mg and I feel no sides. I actually feel a lot more calm and relaxed. Blood glucose levels are great so even if nebivolol is not totally cardio selective at that dose anymore, it still does not have any negative effects. I am currently thinking of increasing the dose a little further to 20mg.I increased nebivolol to 15mg daily. It's day 3, am feeling great.
The "negative effects" from loss of selectivity wouldn't be necessarily noticeable, but you at the very least going to likely suffer a decrease in TDEE which could absolutely effect your diet, etc.2 weeks in with 15mg and I feel no sides. Well I take my morning fasted blood glucose every day and also hba1c on a regular basis to see if my insulin resistance is creeping up, but I doubt it will with nebivolol at 15mg. According to studies there occured no changes even at 20mg.The "negative effects" from loss of selectivity wouldn't be necessarily noticeable,
I lowered my dose from 10mg to 5mg because I read nebivolol doesn’t affect your ability to benefit from exercise (I interpreted it to mean exercise induced fat loss) when the dose is less than 10mg. On 5mg it’s working very well. My blood pressure last night, before I took my nebivolol, was 119/80.I increased nebivolol to 15mg daily. It's day 3, am feeling great.
I have no idea why you're talking about insulin resistance, that's completely unrelated to anything I mentioned.Well I take my morning fasted blood glucose every day and also hba1c on a regular basis to see if my insulin resistance is creeping up, but I doubt it will with nebivolol at 15mg. Because my previous post was about sides of beta blockers and nebivolol at 15mg doesn't show any of the common sides that most beta blockers come with. Anyway, I do a lot of cardio yet it is still useful to use as much nebivolol as one needs to prevent cardiovascular remodeling, LVH and so on that is associated with steroid and GH abuse.I have no idea why you're talking about insulin resistance, that's completely unrelated to anything I mentioned.
Mine is 120/80 on 15mg nebivolol and 60mg telmisartan. Rhr is 71.My blood pressure last night, before I took my nebivolol, was 119/80.
I understand that, and then I responded that higher doses of beta blockers (even Nebivolol) will affect your TDEE, to which you replied "my blood glucose levels are fine".Because my previous post was about sides of beta blockers and nebivolol at 15mg doesn't show any of the common sides that most beta blockers come with.
