How much peanut butter do you eat while bulking?

How do you eat your peanut butter? How much per week? And what kind do you eat?

How much is too much?

I literally go through a 16oz jar every 3 to 4 days. I either eat it right from the jar or mix it in a bowl with jam into a cream and eat it like that that.
 
not a whole lot really. Sometimes I’ll have a tbsp with 2cups of eggwhites and a banana as a quick breakfast.

The brand I like is crazy Richards. The only ingredient is peanuts.
It’s one of the few brands that doesn’t aggravate my stomach.

I don’t ever eat more than 20-30g of fat a day though.
 
1tbsp par day max, maybe with a shake or egg whites. Love it but I try and get most of my fats from healthy sources and PB is loaded with omega 6. Walnuts a much better choice but not as good.
 
I don't eat peanut butter but my girl eats it right out of the jar with a spoon. I'd imagine that's the quickest way to get calories but I'm sure most would not enjoy that. Lol
 
I mix a tbsp or two in my protein ice cream at night. Heavenly
 
PB gives me heartburn, and makes me hungrier. It’s hard to overeat avocados or olives, but nut butters I’ll blow through 500 calories in 5 minutes

I very much enjoy that. I can't even keep the stuff in my house anymore.
 
Makes me constipated if I over indulge. I have some every day but it's only a couple of table spoon fulls.
 
I attack the peanut butter at night with a spoon, and then drizzle honey on it.

I eat very little usually as i try to get my fats from better sources. PB has a lot of omega 5's and i have enough inflammation as it is.
 
Naked brand (no sugar) powdered penut butter. Mixed with liquid coconut oil is a great PB sub with better fat type. Can be mixed with water as well.

This is my thinking. I feel guilty when I take it, really throws off the Omega 3 to 6 ratio in my diet. Some say total omega 6 is what matters, some say 3 to 6 ratio, so the peanut butter would essentially be cancelling out all the good fat I'm consuming.

now fats fuck up my stomach so I limit it to trace from lean meats and eggs
 
I used to use two tablespoons twice a day in my shakes I used the Costco brand as it only has peanuts and sea salt.

Peanut butter is so flippin hard to put down. So yum.
