Holy smokes! If I took 20mg a day, I don't think I'd get anything done. But on the flip I bet my abs would look excellent LOL! I don't take enough to help with that aspect. Just 10mg on workout days and even then there's some noticeable uncontrollable um.. proliferation?
As an old guy i have been using low dose for many years any benifits or sides quit being noticed a long time ago. The science seems to be good form what i see long term. But don't think i would take it if i was a young guy as i doubt it really does a lot long term.

Yup. Not uncommon to have an occasional bout of hypotension from standing up too fast. But this wasn't just dizzy. My vision closed off...looked like static on an old television on the backs of my eyelids. I hit the deck.
I once had something similar after getting blood drawn for bloodwork. Hadn't eaten all morning, tired, hungry. Headed for the door and face-planted right in the waiting room. But that wasn't hypotension, that was a vasovagal syncope because of the penetrative action of the needle. It's why I hate injections. I have to psyche myself up for them.
I take 10mg every morning at the moment. Normally do 5 but the ones I have at the moment are 20mg and impossible to break into 4 pieces without having to snort them.
I take 10 mg m-w-f. I noticed several of you mention heart burn if i take more then i just mention i get that. Cialis and viagra can cause your lower esophageal sphincter to relax.
On 5mg for the prostate, no more running to the bathroom or i would piss myself (it was that bad). Now I can go hours with no crazy urgency. No side effects that I can tell, definitely no headaches. Plus I'm waking up with wood similar to when I was a teen!
was taking 10mg a day for about two years but been trying another brand that comes in 25mg tabs so that's what I'm taking right now. 10mg always worked just fine unless I was really worn out and tired, reason why I decided to try 20-25mg/day. At 25mg per day I feel fine, no sides, and I'm always ready to go with the GF, rock hard no problems no matter how tired I am. I also take daily Cialis for BP management.

By the way yes I'm very lucky and probably one of the few.my wife knows I have a girlfriend that our anniversary was last week 7 years and my wife our anniversary was this week 28 years. And the girlfriend knows I have the wife and live at home.
Sometimes all 3 of us party together and ends up let's just say wow. No wonder I have to take all that lol. But I cut the 3 party stuff like 2 years ago. It wasn't enjoyable. Because one gets jealous of what you do to the other one and vise versus. So it more of a job than fun lmao.
