Favorite exercises to build lats from the front?

What are everyone’s favorite back movements to build lats from the front? So that they pop more in the front double?

Pullovers I’m assuming will be everyone’s first shout out. What other movements have you all found to target this area?

Where your lats insert from the front has to do with genetics, not performing any specific exercise. For example, if you have low lat insertions, a standard medium grip pull down to the front of the neck is going to build your lats from the front. If you were not born with low lat insertions like Dorian Yates, no specific exercise such as close grip cable rows, pullovers, straight arm pull downs or close grip V pulldowns is going to change that.

NOTE: It’s the same with biceps. Some people have awesome peaks on their biceps, others do not.

Lat pull downs and dumbbell pull overs
