Preferably I would love to push for another month or so. Realllly peel the last bit off. Need more feathering/striations, legs need to separate a bit more. Still have a bit on my lower back as well. Very doable tho.

This was at Muscleworks in London after about an hour of cardio. Mornings are high 250s, nighttime low 260s. Would love to get back into the routine at home too. Tired of traveling lol.

Good PUSH day and it was nice to get back to some really good machines. My mind game is always to press 4 plates + on every PUSH machine, regardless of brand or make or whatever lol And i can still do that relatively easy for a first working set so strength is still there.

Btw, Muscleworks is great. Chatted it up with the owner this morning. Super cool guy. Watch the Mutant on a Mission episode where Ron Partlow went there and knew i needed to go there. About a 20 min walk from where im staying. I basically get 2-3 hrs there then ive been living in an edit for work.

Another good thing about being in London is food is a bit easier here. There's a Tesco very close and they have these 20g protein packs of just lean turkey. Like 1g of fat. That plus some shakes + almonds and im good. Only one more day here and then a long flight back to the US.

And after chatting with Justin, we are gonna keep pushing for another 4 or so weeks. I could probably rebound very nicely from where I am now, but i want to go from lean leann, to fuckin shredded and that will take another month of some suffering. Which im completely down for. Slightly tempted to line up a photoshoot for that time, just to document the process. Honestly, im a dude and i NEVER take pics lol my wife does alllll the picture taking for my entire life. But knowing that in 10 years ill look back and say, "you shouldve seen me back then!" i need to start documenting the process with images. So miight have to do that.

Another quick discussion i had with Justin was about my NEAT and output during this trip...its been ridiculously high. Im basically doing 20 mins hiit + 30 mins LISS + whatever insane amount of steps i do during the day. And the steps have been significantly higher then back home as i havent had a car here. So just as a way to stay consistent, im going to try and keep my steps fairly high even when im back in LA. I have been getting 8-10k BEFORE 11am here which is great.
 
Keep pushing brother. In my experience, the best results ever are after hard dieting or shows!
 
This is gonna sound crazy counter intuitive, but you know what actually helps the fatigue and exhaustion when you get to a low bf…weed lol at least for me.

It kinda peps me up. Makes me a bit more talkative and move around more. Weird I know. But as a daily weed smoker I’ve noticed this, especiallyyyy because I’ve been in some work environments where I can’t just keep quiet and veg out. When I’m tired and just want to be left alone, a couple hits of a vape pen and I’m back with it lol

But you’re right Thor, time to get back to business and keep pushing. I told Justin to throw the book at me diet and cardio wise.

No more shakes all day. The one change i have made is trying to keep my steps as high as they were in Europe, so im actively trying to hit 10k+ every day along with the normally scheduled cardio. Keeps me on my feet.

Flat as a board right now as i sip on a PreWO before this leg day. Im actually craving just salty white rice....that sounds pathetic huh? lol you know you're hungry when fuckin salted almonds taste like the fuckin best thing in the world HAHA. Woke up at 255. I havent been this light long in a long time, 2 years ish. Its lean enough where other competitors at my gym are asking when the show date is. So those are nice compliments. Being this lean also helps me in regards of what my weakpoints are. When you're 10-12%, everything looks good and big. But when you are in starvation mode, some muscles look like a juicy steak, other muscles look like beef jerky. Im reminded that I need more upper body right now. In reality, i need more overall size. As far a BBer, i dont really have 1 stand out BP....i just have a large frame. Even my wife asked why i dont just hop into a show in the next 3-4...just not pleased with what I want. If i did a show, i'd probably be a dehydrated high 240's guy on stage. Especially because i spent the past 2 years basically on 100mg test. Keeping tissue was not the priority, getting my wife pregnant was. So i think i actually LOST some tissue during that time. Realistically, to look the way i want to look, its probably more of 260 on stage look. And im hoping that a strong rebound and good offseason with Justin, i can bring that. BBing is a such a long game lol I wish I could do this with my money haha

Leg day time
Even if you don't want to currently do a show, use this time for a big ass rebound and blow up. My best gains came right after hard 16 week diets. Your body will suck up anything you put in it for a good period of time.
Your mind set about being flat is so true. Regardless of size, when you are flat I always felt like a little skinny dude. Even if it's not true.

Lol. I get it man. I'm embarrassed to say but I competed during the Nubian days so I understand about training on substances. I live in a legalized state so I sometimes train on edibles as well. I have chilled out as I'm getting older and have children but .... I completely understand
 
PUSH day today and a new plan from Justin. Pulling the fats down pretty hard. Should get the scale moving again nicely.
257 this morning.

Usually takes me 1-3 days to get that depleted look again. Face kinda sunken in, harder to get a pump. The FIRST workout of the week, PUSH, is usually a good look. Nice pump and look full and huge at the gym. Strength is still pretty damn good. Hit a 5pps x 11 on Hammer Incline...that lift has continually been progressing since before this little mock prep. Pretty excited for when i do rebound and grow as my strength is probably going to jump even more.

Btw, i know guys come to this forum for several reasons — whether gear talk or education or training...im a training nut and love nutrition, but if you havent year, check out Team Troponin on IG and their own site. Its basically Justin + David and Dani Lamartina. Dani is a pro and a highly sought after stregnth and rehab specialist and David is a PLer turn BBer. The amount of indepth discussion/videos on there is ridic. From getting from lean to shredded, to when you should rotate out movements, to peak weak protocols...TONS of stuff. All shit that we kinda talk about here. Highly recommend.

This week has been constant hunger though lol a little tough. With fats pulled down ive just incorporated additional veggies. To my surprise, i havent realllly used veggies up till now. Just havent needed to. But now i just add some mushrooms and some broccoli slaw as the carbs per meal are relatively low. Its ok, but annoying. I can deal with it.
Cardio stays the same. For the most part cardio hasnt changed in a month or so. There have basically been 2 pushes that have kinda rolled the boulder down hill and then Justin hasnt had to make changes for a hot minute. First was a major push on diet. That same diet worked for like 4-6 weeks no changes. And then the cardio shift. From going to HIIT to an additional 30 mins of LISS. Kept the metabolism humming and we kinda rode that for awhile. Interesting down to last bit here and we are rollin with diet more than cardio. I feel like, if given the order, I couldve thrown on MORE LISS and HIIT and stayed the same meal plan. But Justin knows his shit and i trust him 100%.
 
Apologies for the delay guys, time for a nice update.

A week of low fats and low carbs kept the ball rolling hard. Another 2lb drop this week. I am lean, like lean lean.
Not dying yet but fatigued. And because just about everyone at my gym has stopped me to say, "bro, when u competing?" I brought it up to Justin.
Even my pregnant ass wife, who knows im a moody little bitch when i diet told me, "your head is in a good place, youre not suffering and you look good....find a show"
But FML, there is no show. Closest thing is in 5 weeks which is a bitttt too long AND too close to the my wife's due date lol honestly, not my priority at the moment.
BUT - i brought it up to Justin and he agreed. 5 weeks more to push is tough and i look good and ready to rebound soon.

So that's the plan, im going to transition out of the diet and adding more food. Checkin it every 5 or so days with Justin as we steer this thing in the right way.
SLightly pulling some cardio, slowly dialing back fat burners and food dialed up. I'll post some pics up soon so you guys can see where i'm at. Probably will get a dexa too just to see where i'm at.

This has been the easiest and most relaxed diet ive had. No insane stress (even with a pregnant wife), not a ton of suffering, and shit just WORKED. We planned on like 16 weeks and it happened much quicker. Crazy that what, 3 months ago i had basically been on 100mg test and was fat lol Gear + hard training + discipline and insane motivation worked wonders. I love being lean, its cool to see what your worked hard on...but im a weirdo and love the long game process of building muscle. Its probably because i love training more than anything else. Looking big and lean is just a byproduct of my love for moving fuckin weight.

Random Training update:
After not doing any DB pressing in what, a year, shit kicked my ass. Hit 140s for the shakiest 6-7 reps ever. Almost killing myself lol
Just trying to add in harder movements, stuff i know i can progress on.

Drug update:
Took a modafinil today after finding a secret stash i had. Forgot how good of an appetite suppressant it was, holy cow.
 
Took a dexa today at this place called Bodyspec in LA. Ive used them a ton of times over the past 5 years.
Its accurate....to a point. I think in offseason, its too hard to really give a great reading. I know danieltx posted a thread awhile back showing like 7% at 280 and we also kinda know, thats not 7%. And ive found that with myself too, especially full offseason bloat with GH. But lean...its close ish.

Said was 254 at 6.6% today. Eh, maybe.
But it also said my past results were 289 at 7.2 and 294 at 9%. I was lean for both...but not that lean at all. At awesome as it was to see that, i know its bullshit.
But the leaner u are, the better the results. Below is a picture from 10 days ago and i am a smidge leaner that that.

Technically, today is FREE DAY of eating. But i also dont want to go off the rails. Yesterday was a full regular diet day and then had some halloween candy at night.
Today has just been more clean food. MORE carbs with COR and more PB lol I'll definitely have something nice for dinner though.
Thennnn i have 4 high days in a row. My weight should shift pretty dramatically. I just want to keep myself insulin sensitive which means eating some good food, but not just housing ice cream and candy all day.

If anythng, tomorrow's PULL session and the rest of this week's workouts will be nuts lol.

bro you are 100% ready for rebound - in my opinion there is no point in cutting longer because it will only cause more fatigue and then instead of going to the rebound phase immediately, it will take you another 3-4 weeks before you find yourself in the moment when
the body will be able to start building new muscles effectively

I think your plan is good. I can't imagine another 4 weeks will be that advantageous for your rebound.

High day, the 4th in a row today. Just got done training legs and ate a ton of Cream of Rice and some gummy bears lol
Ive honestly kept it pretty controlled. 90% of my food for the past 4 days has been low fat high carb, moderate protein. So the same shit i normally eat, but more carb.
Oatmeal, rice, COR, 96/4 ground beef, chicken, etc. I did crush a pint of ice cream and a sleeve of oreos last night LOL but i also have to remind myself that i cannot get fat in 5 days.

It has cause some skin splitting bumps. I hit shoulders and arms yesterday and my delts and traps were a roadmap.
From my LOWEST weight right before Halloween (my last couple LOW days of the diet) to now is about a 20lb swing. I think i can move it another 5 lol
But ill send pics and my weight to Justin tomorrow to kinda game plan the rebound and offseason.

Not saying i can just stayyy on....but im also fairly fresh. We dieted for what, 13 weeks total...13 weeks of being on gear.
And that was after 2 years of basically being off gear and/or running under 60mg trying to get my wife preg. Ill probably get some bloodwork soon to see where im at, but im still relatively fresh and feel good. The phasing out of my diet has also somewhat allowed me to try and focus on recovery more.

During the entire diet time, i average around 5ish hrs of sleep. That SOUNDS insane, but its very normal for me. I do not neeeed 8hrs. With my cpap, 5-6 feels pretty and i feel rested. But it had been low 5 because of me lifting in the morning + long cardio + my work schedule. Losing that good hour of cardio in the morning has let me sleep in a bit more and i just want to line up everythng to be in the best possible place to grow. And that means, feeling fresh, sleep is good, using food as the anabolic driver, having my gear + gh all dialed up and not gettting tooo excited with training. Ive made the mistake of trying to throw too much volume back in as i get excited to grow. I personally cannot do that all at once. Its a slow and steady thing. I dont want to change ALLL the variables right now, the only one that should be changed is food. Let foood and this diet pendulum swing be hard into the anabolic enviroment....knowing that i bascally had lived in not quite catabolism, but starviing and stress for 3 months. In BBing, its not a light switch, its a swing. Its momentum. Its not on then off....its fast...then faster...then slow and slower and slow as it changes courses.
Fucking weird analogy i know, but its the best way to explain it. I remember DatBTrue (hoping anyone other than me remembers his forum...huge peptide/GH guy who hosted in his own forum back in the day) had a lot of theories and writings on this. He would use fasting to reallly diet down hard and used that "pendulum" analogy to describe the rebound as a dried sponge who hadnt seen water in a year, finalllly getting filled.

Anyways. Hard and heavy leg day today. Deep paused hack squats. High rep leg presses, lots of hamstring work.
Im gonna have to pack a shit ton of food as we are going to house warming party today. So ill probably be eating ground beef and rice and watching Tenn vs Georgia football today lol
 
Quick lil update.

basically in my Week 1 of new rebound diet. Cals much higher, carbs much higher, slowly weaning off of fat loss drugs and will change the gear up fairly soon.
Pumps are great and full as a house. Like i said, im about 15-20lbs UP from where i was at my lowest. So I wasss floating around 270 but its dropping down now.
Ive done this rebound with Justin before so if anything im training my body to handle large amounts of clean food and use that as a driving anabolic response right now.
Still have veins on my abs and looking crazy in the gym. Ill take some pics tomorrow during my Shoulder/Arms day.

The MAIN thing im playing with right now is if should stay at 4 days a week or add a 5th day in my rotation.
Right now I go Push (Chest.Shoulder.Tri focus), Pull, Shoulders/Arms (isolation shoulder + arms) then Legs.
I could break shoulders into their owwnnn day but stlll undecided on that at the moment. I PREFER to have additional REST DAYS when growing rather than more lifting days.

Gear wise ill probably drop the Tren and Mast, keep the Test/EQ and add in some NPP. Shoutout to my buddy Luki who is always there to shoot the shit with and talk about the gameplan. One of the smartest and best guys here at PM.

One thing im trying to do at the moment too is really watch my appetite. Right now, im ravenous. 2 hours after each meal cant come soon ebough.
So im trying to eat whole foods right now and not rely on easy fast shakes and carbs. EVENTUALLY, when the appetite starts to drop a bit, ill NEED to use those foods. But for right now, keep it clean and ride the apptite as long as possible.

Strength is great right now too. I was pretty fuckin strong at the end of the diet, even on low cals, so i know pressing 6plates + on hammer stuff is in the works this growth period. Either way, ill keep the updates coming more regularly and post some pics.
